Le Dr Worthopaedicas est un spécialiste en orthopédie de premier degré et un membre fondateur de la Société tchèque de spondylo-chirurgie depuis 1999. Il a obtenu une compétence spécialisée en orthopédie en 2004 et, depuis 2009, il est directeur adjoint de l'éducation, de la science et de la recherche et des études doctorales de troisième cycle à la forme combinée du LF. Ses recherches portent sur la sténose de la colonne cervicale et il a publié de nombreux articles et conférences sur le sujet.
