Dr. Haluk Onat is a respected medical oncologist. He earned his medical degree in 1976, completed his Internal Medicine training in 1981, and specialized in Medical Oncology in 1987. He became a Professor of Internal Medicine in 1993. Dr. Onat has worked at Istanbul University Oncology Institute, Anadolu Medical Center, and Istanbul Oncology Hospital.
He is a founding member of the Turkish Oncology Foundation and the Medical Oncology Association. Dr. Onat is also an active member of ESMO, ASCO, and EACR. He has contributed to international research groups such as EORTC and CECOG. Dr. Onat has published many scientific articles and has helped improve cancer treatment in Turkey and abroad.
Dr. Nedret Taflan Salepci is a Medical Oncologist with over 30 years of clinical experience. She completed her medical degree and specialized in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology at Istanbul University, a leading medical school in Turkey.
Dr. Salepci has worked at Kartal Training and Research Hospital as a Medical Oncology Specialist. She also served as Assistant Chief of the Internal Diseases Clinic. In 2010, she became an Associate Professor. She has also provided oncology care at Universal Italian Giovanni Alberto Angelli Hospital.
She is a member of the Medical Oncology Association, Lung Cancers Association (AKAD), ESMO, ASCO, and the Istanbul Medical Chamber. These memberships show her dedication to professional growth and high standards in cancer care.
Dr. Sadir Alrawi is a board-certified surgical oncologist. He specializes in upper gastrointestinal, head and neck, minimally invasive, breast, and colorectal cancers. He also has expertise in heated chemoperfusion. Dr. Alrawi serves as the Director of Oncology Services at VPS Hospital system in the UAE and MENA region. He oversees several tertiary referral cancer centers.
Dr. Alrawi holds both American and British board certifications. He completed fellowships at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. He has previously led oncology divisions at Al Zahra Hospital, Tawam Hospital (a Johns Hopkins affiliate), and 21st Century Oncology in Florida. Dr. Alrawi has published widely and given many invited talks. He remains active in oncology research and education.
