Le professeur Dr Osman İLHAN a obtenu son diplôme à la faculté de médecine de l'université d'Ankara en 1978. Prof. Dr. Süleyman Bülent Bektaşer est né à Kayseri en 1968. Il a obtenu son diplôme à la faculté de médecine de l'université Hacettepe en 1992.
