Né à Ankara, le docteur Can Bey a terminé ses études primaires et secondaires au Ted College, puis a fait ses études secondaires au Robert College d'Istanbul. Après une riche vie de lycée de 5 ans, il a étudié à la Faculté de Médecine d'Istanbul, Capa Medicine, et a reçu le titre de docteur en médecine.
