Dr. Çağatay Öner graduated from the English Faculty of Medicine at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa in 2014. He began his specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 2015 and successfully completed his residency at Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital in 2020.

Dr. Öner is a certified member of the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (TPRECD) and the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS). Dr. Mert Sızmaz graduated from the English Department of Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, one of Turkey's most reputable medical schools. He completed his specialty training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital, where he built a solid foundation in both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures.

In 2019, he participated in an observership program in the United States, gaining valuable international exposure. During his time abroad, he had the opportunity to observe and experience numerous surgeries at Tampa General Hospital, a major academic medical center known for its advanced surgical training.

Following his return to Turkey, Dr. Sızmaz completed his compulsory state service at Kars Harakani State Hospital. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the field with several publications in both national and international medical journals.
