Kürşat Fidancı est un médecin diplômé de la Faculté de médecine GATA en 1999. Entre 2000 et 2002, il a été médecin-chef de la brigade commando Şırnak Çakırsöğüt. Il a effectué sa résidence en pédiatrie de 2002 à 2006 à l'hôpital de formation et de recherche GATA Haydarpaşa d'Istanbul.
