Dr. Sirada Udombhakdibongse (Dr. Dream) is a physiatrist at Chiraprawat Fort Hospital, Nakorn Sawan. Her focus is geriatric and sports rehabilitation, ultrasound‑guided interventions, and chronic pain management. She completed a PM&R residency at Phramongkutklao Hospital (2021–2024). She earned her M.D. from Phramongkutklao College of Medicine (2012–2017).
Her work includes a 2024 study on the prevalence and associated factors of neck and shoulder pain in medical students at a Thai military school. She also conducted earlier studies on prevalence and quality‑of‑life outcomes in type 2 diabetes and childhood obesity.
