Né et élevé en Turquie, le Dr Pera a fréquenté la très réputée faculté de médecine dentaire de l'université Hacettepe de 2008 à 2013, où il a commencé son parcours pour devenir dentiste. Sa passion pour le domaine l'a conduit à se spécialiser davantage en chirurgie buccale et maxillo-faciale, un domaine dans lequel il a suivi une formation approfondie à la faculté de médecine dentaire de l'université d'Ankara de 2016 à 2021.

Afin de garantir une approche holistique des soins aux patients, le Dr Pera a effectué plusieurs rotations entre 2016 et 2019.
