Dr. Murat Binar is a Specialist in Otolaryngology with 8 years of experience in his field. He graduated from Medical Faculty of Gülhane Military Medical Academy (GATA) in Turkey, in 2008 and further specialised at GATA Department of Otolaryngology, between 2011-2015. After he had completed his compulsory service in government hospitals, he had worked in reputed private hospitals in İstanbul before coming to Dubai. Besides general ENT disorders of adults and children, Dr. Binar is interested in aesthetic nasal surgeries (rhinoplasty), functional nasal surgeries and the management of obstructive sleep apnoea. Considering total of 12-year experience in otorhinolaryngology, he has followed the surgical evolution of rhinoplasty through years, via watching the hands of master's and taking many courses in Turkey, which is one of the leading countries of rhinoplasty world. He is Ear – Nose – Throat and Head and Neck Surgery Specialist. In 1974 he graduated from Ankara Ataturk High School. After he finished preparatory class in English for 1 year in ODTU, he won Hacettepe University Eskisehir Medical Faculty.

In 1980 he finished Hacettepe University Eskisehir Medial Faculty. In 1984 he got his career education in the department of ENT in Hacettepe University Medical Center. He served his military service in Ankara Mevki Hastanesi as an ENT Specialist, in 1986 he began his conscription in state of Ordu Government Hospital.

He worked in Izmir Atatürk Education and Research Hospital as chief intern in 1989, as a chef assistant in 1991, as an instructor in 1994 and worked there till June 2008. On June 20088, he worked in Namik Kemal University Medical Faculty in head of the department of ENT, Head of Department of Surgical Medical and worked as a Medical Faculty member of University Senate finally, he resigned on August in 2010.

After graduating from Fırat University Faculty of Medicine in 2008, he worked as a physician in Şırnak Silopi Health Center No. 3 for 2 years. In 2011, he started his specialization in Manisa Celal Bayar University, Otorhinolaryngology.

He completed his specialization in ENT Diseases Specialization in 2016. In 2016, he succeeded in the written and oral exams organized by the Turkish Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery Association and was entitled to receive a Certificate of Proficiency.

He worked as an Ear Nose and Throat Diseases Specialist at Manisa Merkez Efendi State Hospital between 2016-2021. He has been working at Private ENTO ENT Surgical Medical Center since October 2021.

Associate Prof. Çağlar ÇALLI graduated from Izmir Atatürk High School. He is a graduate of Ege University Faculty of Medicine. He was granted Thyroid Surgery and Diseases Scholarship from the Turkish Ear Nose Throat Association in 2009. With this scholarship, he studied Head-neck tumours and thyroid surgery at Ohio State University in the USA. After being granted the Turkish Ear Nose Throat Foundation Scholarship in 2011, he studied facial plastic surgery, snoring surgery, and endoscopic sinus surgery at New York St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital in the USA. He became an Associate Professor in 2012. He has conducted oral presentations abroad, and published book chapters and more than 80 articles in international and national journals. Associate Professor Dr. Çağlar ÇALLI’s surgical research interests include Head-Neck tumours, Goiter and Thyroid surgery, Rhinoplasty and Endoscopic sinus surgery, ear microsurgery, and otosclerosis operations.
