Wissarut Sakulpaptong, M.D., is a board-certified cardiologist and a cardiology staff member at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. He specializes in advanced echocardiography. His work includes transthoracic and transesophageal studies, strain analysis, 3D and stress echocardiography, and imaging for congenital heart disease. He also holds an M.Sc. (Medicine) from Chulalongkorn University.

His leadership roles include Chief Fellow (2024) and Chief Resident (2022). À son retour de Londres, il a organisé et dirigé l'Unité d'arythmie du Service de Cardiologie de l'Hôpital Universitaire Nuestra Señora del Pino de Las Palmas jusqu'en 2000.

Il est ensuite devenu directeur adjoint du département d'arythmie et directeur du laboratoire d'électrophysiologie de la Fondation Jimenez Diaz à Madrid.

Professeur de cardiologie à l'Université autonome et directeur du programme de bourses de la North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology (Heart Rhythm Society), postes qu'il a occupés pendant 6 ans avant de rejoindre l'hôpital universitaire Quironsalud de Madrid en 2006.
