Prof. Dr. Birol Baytan is a respected pediatric hematologist. He focuses on diagnosing and treating childhood cancers, leukemia, anemia, and bleeding disorders. En 2018, il est devenu sous-spécialiste en hématologie à l'Hôpital de Formation et de Recherche d'Istanbul. En 2019, il a reçu le titre de professeur associé dans le domaine de l'hématologie. Par la suite, il a travaillé comme membre du corps enseignant à l'hôpital de Başakşehir Çam et Sakura City, à l'hôpital de formation et de recherche de Bozyaka et à l'Université d'Istinye (Université d'Istinye Bahçeşehir et Hôpital Liv Vadistanbul) et travaille actuellement à l'hôpital universitaire de Biruni. Le Dr Rafet Eren est membre de la Société turque d'hématologie, de la Société de spécialité en hématologie et de la Société européenne d'hématologie et parle couramment l'anglais. Il a environ 50 publications dans des revues à comité de lecture nationales et internationales.
