Vahit Onur Gül est diplômé de la Faculté de médecine militaire de Gülhane en 1998. Il est devenu chirurgien généraliste en 2009 et professeur associé de chirurgie générale en 2020. Il a exercé les fonctions de médecin militaire dans presque toutes les villes de notre pays. Il a suivi une formation en chirurgie robotique aux USA et en microchirurgie en Suisse. Il a participé à de nombreux cours avancés de chirurgie laparoscopique, tant au niveau national qu'international.
