Dr. Hulda Rifat Ozakpinar is a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1995. She completed her specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery in 1998.
