Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şeref Başal est né en 1971 à Kırıkkale et a terminé

ses études primaires et secondaires à Kırıkkale. En 1984, il entre

Lycée militaire de Maltepe et diplômé en 1988. Il a poursuivi ses études

Français Au cours de sa carrière professionnelle, le Dr Sarıer a commencé à travailler comme spécialiste en urologie à l'hôpital Özel Antalya Yaşam de 2005 à 2008, puis à l'hôpital Gümüşsuyu Asker entre 2008 et 2009. Depuis 2009, il est employé à l'hôpital Medical Park d'Antalya, où il a reçu le titre de professeur associé en 2020. Dr. Hasan Cem is a Professor of Urology. He specializes in pediatric urology, male infertility, men’s sexual health, urinary stone treatment, prostate diseases, and laparoscopic urological surgery. He completed his medical and doctoral studies at GATA - Gülhane Military Medical Academy. He became a Professor in 2016.
