After graduating from Fırat University Faculty of Medicine in 2008, he worked as a physician in Şırnak Silopi Health Center No. 3 for 2 years. In 2011, he started his specialization in Manisa Celal Bayar University, Otorhinolaryngology.
He completed his specialization in ENT Diseases Specialization in 2016. In 2016, he succeeded in the written and oral exams organized by the Turkish Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery Association and was entitled to receive a Certificate of Proficiency.

He is Ear – Nose – Throat and Head and Neck Surgery Specialist. In 1974 he graduated from Ankara Ataturk High School. After he finished preparatory class in English for 1 year in ODTU, he won Hacettepe University Eskisehir Medical Faculty.
In 1980 he finished Hacettepe University Eskisehir Medial Faculty. In 1984 he got his career education in the department of ENT in Hacettepe University Medical Center. He served his military service in Ankara Mevki Hastanesi as an ENT Specialist, in 1986 he began his conscription in state of Ordu Government Hospital.
He worked in Izmir Atatürk Education and Research Hospital as chief intern in 1989, as a chef assistant in 1991, as an instructor in 1994 and worked there till June 2008. On June 20088, he worked in Namik Kemal University Medical Faculty in head of the department of ENT, Head of Department of Surgical Medical and worked as a Medical Faculty member of University Senate finally, he resigned on August in 2010.

Having completed his primary and high school education in Mersin, Pasa Dağıstanlı graduated from İstanbul University Faculty of Medicine (in English) in 2015 and started his ENT Surgery specialization at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 2011 and became a specialist in 2021.
Dr. During his residency, Paşa Dağıstanlı increased his experience in E.N.T surgery by working with the most valuable professors of Turkey, who are among the best in his field. He was mainly involved in surgeries including maxillofacial surgery, septum deviasyon, septoplasy,ear reduction , othoplasty,adenoid,tonsilectomy

Après avoir terminé ses études supérieures, il a obtenu son diplôme de la Faculté de médecine de l'Université Atatürk et a obtenu le titre de docteur en médecine. Il s'est spécialisé en oto-rhino-laryngologie à la Faculté de médecine de l'Université de Gazi et est devenu spécialiste des oreilles, du nez et de la gorge.
Après avoir terminé sa formation de spécialisation, Op.Dr. Osman Tuğrul GÜZELDİR a travaillé à l'hôpital d'État Afyonkarahisar Bolvadin Dr. Halil İbrahim Özsoy de 2013 à 2015. Il a ensuite servi dans divers hôpitaux privés d'Ankara. En 2020, il a rejoint le personnel académique de l’Université de santé et de technologie d’Istanbul et est actuellement professeur adjoint à l’hôpital Koru Ankara.
