Il a commencé sa spécialisation à la clinique d'urologie de l'hôpital de formation et de recherche de Taksim en 2002. Après avoir terminé sa formation de spécialisation en 2007, le Dr Oğuzhan Parlakkılıç a participé à de nombreuses réunions nationales et internationales. Il a des études en andrologie, enourologie et en urooncologie.
Entre 2007 et 2009, il a accompli son devoir de service public à l’hôpital d’État de Sivelek.
Entre 2009 et 2010, il a travaillé comme spécialiste en urologie au sein du commandement général du dispensaire Mapping.
