Dr. Birol Herdem is a pediatric specialist (2018–present). He currently works at Memorial Bodrum Hospital (2025). He has held pediatric posts at Private Izmir Can Hospital, Acıbadem Bodrum Hospital, SBÜ Gülhane Training and Research Hospital, and Çubuk State Hospital. Earlier, he served as Chief Physician of the 102nd Artillery Regiment (2011–2013).

He earned his MD from Gülhane Military Medical Academy (2002–2009). He completed specialty training in pediatrics at SBÜ Gülhane (2013–2017). His professional training includes Neonatal Resuscitation and Mechanical Ventilation, Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant Protocols, and Pediatric Emergency and ICU airway and ventilation.

Dr. Inci Senses is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with over 30 years of experience. She works at Memorial Bodrum Hospital (2025–present). She previously worked at Samsun Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center (1993–1997), the 70th Year Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Training Hospital (1997–2000), and Acıbadem Bakırköy and Bodrum Hospitals (2000–2021).

She completed PMR specialty training at Ondokuz Mayıs University (1990–1993). Before that, she finished a Biochemistry/Clinical Biochemistry residency at Haseki Training Hospital (1988–1990). Her medical education includes Hacettepe University (1976–1983) and Ondokuz Mayıs University (1983).

She is a member of the Turkish Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the Scoliosis Society. Her further training covers spinal cord injuries; hand tendon and nerve rehabilitation; hemiplegia exercise; Tai Chi and Ayurveda in musculoskeletal disease; and Lamaze. She attended the 5th Mediterranean Congress of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine.

Dr. Incilay Ustundag is a pediatric specialist with 35 years of practice (1990–present). She currently serves at Memorial Bodrum Hospital (2025–present). Her previous roles were at Memorial Ankara (2014–2025), Medicana International Ankara (2011–2013), Sano Clinic Ümitköy (2006–2011), Atatürk Training and Research (2003–2006), Emergency and Traumatology (1999–2003), and Kozan State (1990–1999).

She completed pediatric specialty training at Hacettepe University İhsan Doğramacı Children’s Hospital (1985–1990). She earned her medical degree from Ankara University (1977–1983). Her training also includes Neonatal Resuscitation, Breastfeeding, and Occupational Medicine. She is a member of the Ankara and Muğla Medical Chambers.
