Le Dr Aviram Gold est un chirurgien orthopédique très expérimenté, spécialiste des prothèses de la hanche et du genou, avec plus de 20 ans d'expérience. Il est titulaire d'un doctorat en médecine de l'Université hébraïque de Jérusalem, de l'École de médecine Hadassah et d'une maîtrise en administration de la santé de l'Université Ben-Gourion du Néguev, École de gestion, Département de gestion des systèmes de santé. Il est certifié par le conseil israélien de chirurgie orthopédique et générale, certifié en médecine aéronautique et a suivi le cours avancé de l'AO : Advances in fracture treatment, Leeds et Advanced Trauma Life Support Instructor course. Il propose des traitements pour toute une série d'affections musculo-squelettiques, les interventions les plus courantes étant la réparation du tendon de l'épaule (coiffe de rotation), l'arthroscopie du genou, l'arthrodèse de la cheville, l'arthroplastie totale du genou B/L, l'arthroplastie totale de la hanche B/L, la chirurgie de resurfaçage de la hanche, la reconstruction du ligament croisé antérieur (LCA), la réparation du ménisque, la libération du canal carpien et l'arthroscopie de l'épaule. Médecin avec une expérience dans le contrôle métabolique des patients diabétiques et hypertendus et un diplôme en diabétologie. Actuellement directeur médical de GIOSTAR Mexico à Los Algodones Mexicali Baja California depuis 2017. Diplômé de l'Université autonome de Guadalajara, il a de l'expérience dans l'admission des patients, le service médical externe et les urgences dans plusieurs hôpitaux privés.

Prof. Luigi Massimo Zagra is the Head of the Hip Surgery Department I at the IRCCS Istituto Ortopedico Galeazzi in Milan.

He is the visiting professor at the School of Specialization in Orthopaedics and Traumatology of the University of Milan.

Prof. Zagra has performed more than 5,000 major orthopaedic operations.

Mainly focused on hip surgery including complex primary, revision (25% of cases), conservative surgery, osteotomies, and pediatric hip diseases arthroplasty.

He performs hip replacement surgery daily for osteoarthritis, particularly in cases of congenital dysplasia, developmental and post-traumatic malformations, rheumatoid arthritis, necrosis in young and old patients, needing special implants to prevent any possible complications. 

Dealing with problems with previously placed implants, in particular material wear and tear, such as in metal-on-metal or old-generation polyethylene prostheses, painful, loose, unstable, infected prostheses, using tissue-safe and non-invasive methods and the latest ceramic and titanium implants, including cemented ones.

He is currently Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the European Hip Society and the Italian Hip Society, as well as a member of the Executive Committee of EFORT, of International Committee of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and of the Scientific Committee of the Italian Arthroplasty Registry. 

He is author and co-author of 130 articles published in national and international journals, as well as invited specialist and speaker at over 500 congresses in Italy and abroad.
