Dr. Murat Ayhan is an Associate Professor of Medical Oncology since 2023. He is an expert in breast, lung, colorectal, gynecological, and urogenital cancers. Dr. Ayhan has published over 25 articles in international journals. His research covers COVID-19’s effects on cancer patients, drug desensitization, and real-world treatment results.
He is an active member of ESMO and TTOD. Dr. Ayhan has also contributed to oncology reference books on tyrosine kinase inhibitors and oncological emergencies. His work helps advance cancer care for future generations.

Dr. Hamdullah Sozen is a gynecologic oncologist with expertise in ovarian, endometrial, and cervical cancers. He is known for his skills in gynecological endoscopic surgery. Dr. Sozen uses minimally invasive techniques that help patients recover faster and improve outcomes.
He is an expert in colposcopy and cervical pathology. He has advanced training in both diagnostic and interventional procedures. Dr. Sozen completed his medical and oncology training at leading Turkish institutions, including Akdeniz University, Zeynep Kamil, and Istanbul Medical Faculty.
He is an active member of international associations such as ESGO and MEMAGO. Dr. Sozen has contributed to women’s cancer care through his clinical work, research, and teaching.

Dr. Vincenzo Tondolo is the Director of the General Surgery Unit at Mater Olbia Hospital. He earned his Medical Degree with Honors and completed his General Surgery specialization at the Catholic University of Rome.
Dr. Tondolo has performed more than 1,300 surgeries as lead surgeon. His experience includes liver, pancreas, and kidney transplants. He has also carried out over 500 oncologic operations, mainly using laparoscopic techniques. In addition, he has managed more than 370 emergency surgeries.
He is a member of the Italian Society of Surgery and the Italian Society of Oncologic Surgery. Dr. Tondolo has published work as both author and co-author in international medical journals.

Dr. Gian Carlo Mattiucci is the Director of the Radiation Oncology Unit. He is an expert in advanced radiation therapies, such as Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy, Stereotactic Radiation Therapy, Adaptive Radiation Therapy, and Brachytherapy. He focuses on treatment for upper gastrointestinal, prostate, and lung cancers. Dr. Mattiucci uses advanced imaging and works closely with other specialists to improve patient care.
He earned his medical degree from Università La Sapienza and completed his specialization in Radiation Oncology at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Rome. Dr. Mattiucci is an Assistant Professor at Università Cattolica. He also teaches in the ESTRO “Evidence Based Radiation Oncology” course and supports education and clinical progress in his field.
