MD et PhD avec 35 ans d'expérience en obstétrique et gynécologie. Diplômé de l'Institut médical d'État de Donetsk et du programme de bourses de l'Université nationale de médecine de Donetsk. A suivi de nombreuses formations et détient le titre de professeur du Département d'obstétrique, de gynécologie et de périnatologie. A publié 178 ouvrages dont 132 articles scientifiques.

Le Dr Hosam est obstétricien consultant, gynécologue et urologue. Il a travaillé pendant 20 ans au sein du NHS au Royaume-Uni après avoir obtenu son CCST en tant que gynécologue consultant possédant une expertise reconnue dans la gestion des grossesses à haut risque, de la gynécologie bénigne complexe et du cancer gynécologique à un stade précoce. Il a travaillé comme consultant et urogynécologue principal au Sussex Healthcare Trust, où il exerce depuis 2004. Le Dr Hosam s'intéresse particulièrement au prolapsus, à l'incontinence urinaire, à la dysfonction sexuelle (chirurgie de préservation de la fertilité), à la ménorragie et aux techniques laparoscopiques et mini-invasives. chirurgie gynécologique hystéroscopique (en cas de saignements anormaux, de masses pelviennes et de douleurs pelviennes). Il a mis en place une équipe multidisciplinaire intégrée d’urogynécologie au sein de la fiducie. Il avait dirigé le département d'obstétrique et de gynécologie en tant que directeur clinique pour obtenir l'accréditation nationale de la British Society of Urogynecology. Il possède une vaste expertise clinique et chirurgicale pour gérer l'incontinence urinaire, la fréquence, l'urgence et la cystite récurrente et pour effectuer une chirurgie reconstructive pelvienne pour l'incontinence et le prolapsus utéro-vaginal. Un audit rétrospectif subjectif de sa chirurgie de la continence a montré un taux de réussite de 86 % et un taux de réussite de la chirurgie du prolapsus de 91 %. Il s’intéresse également à la prise en charge de la dysfonction sexuelle, notamment à la chirurgie correctrice vaginale. Le Dr Hosam a été choisi pour être membre du comité de publication de l'Association internationale d'urogynécologie et il a également été rédacteur en chef du coin des experts du bulletin d'information de l'IUGA. Our founder, Dr. SAGIROGLU, has over fifteen years’ experience in women's health. His focus has been on tailoring treatments to the needs of his patients whilst incorporating the latest developments in the field.

Dr. SAGIROGLU regularly presents his work at conferences and has published articles in many peer-reviewed journals. He also provides advice and counsel to the community on fertility issues through television and radio.

He trained in obstetrics and gynecology in the USA at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, and then moved to Israel where he completed his residency and fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at the Helen Schneider Hospital for Woman, affiliated to Tel Aviv University. He has been practicing at his own clinic in Istanbul since 2019.

He is a member of Turkish Reproductive Health and Infertility Association (TSRM), European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
