Biographie

Le Dr Mehdi Afrit est un oncologue médical qui exerce à l'hôpital spécialisé Burjeel de Sharjah. Il possède plus de 11 ans d’expérience dans le soin et la gestion de patients atteints de cancer. Il possède une vaste expérience dans la chimiothérapie, l’hormonothérapie, l’immunothérapie et la thérapie ciblée pour les patients. Il a obtenu un certificat d'oncologie médicale de l'Institut Gustave Roussy à Paris, en France, où il a suivi une formation en chimiothérapie antitumorale et en traitement médical du cancer. De plus, il est titulaire d'un certificat international en maladies du sein. Il possède également un certificat en bonnes pratiques cliniques de Trans Celerate Biopharma Inc. et un certificat en gestion des essais cliniques : bonnes pratiques cliniques de la Faculté de médecine pharmaceutique du Collège royal des médecins. Il a auparavant travaillé pendant plus de cinq ans comme professeur adjoint d'oncologie médicale à la Faculté de médecine de Tunis. Prof. Mert YILMAZ was graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Medical Faculty in 1988. He started his residency program at the Uludag University, Department of Cardiovascular Surgery in 1990. During his residency training in the Uludag University, he also spent a year as a visiting resident in Royal South Hants Hospital in England. Afterword, he started to work as a chief resident in the Uludag University until the end of his specialty program. He became board certified Cardiovascular surgeon in 1995. He started to work in Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul as a staff Cardiovascular surgeon in 1996. In year 2000, He actively particapated in the Cardiac Surgery program and performed multiple interventions including cardiac transplantation, minimal invasive cardiac surgery and endovascular surgery in OLV Aalst Hospital in Belgium. In 2001, He came back to Florence Nightingale Hospital, He was one of the pioneers in endovascular repairement of abdominal aneurysm surgeries as he performed the second case in Turkey in the Gayrettepe Florence Nightingale Hospital in 2003.

In 2004, he returned to academia as an assistant professor in the Uludag University and he worked on both Adult and Pediatric Cardiac Surgeries between, 2004 and 2008. He also took part in establishment of Medicana International Hospital in Istanbul in 2009 and. He worked as a associate Director of the department more than one year in this hospital. Between 2010-2014, he was the Director of the Deparment of Cardiovascular Surgery in Medicalpark Hospital Bursa and Turkish Private Hospital in Erbil. Since 2014, he is the Director of the Deparment of Cardiovascular Surgery in Kadıköy Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul.  His special interests are minimal invasive Cardiac surgery (small insicion) and Pediatric Cardiac surgery.  As an academician, Professor Yilmaz published over than 50 international and national manuscripts and 7 of them were tittiled as the first report in the world medical literature. Born in 1961, Prof. Emin Tireli, M.D., completed secondary and high school educations in İzmir Atatürk High School. He started medical education in School of Medicine, Ege University in 1980. He was awarded the title “Medical Doctor” in 1986. 

He started specialty education in Cardiovascular Surgery Department, Istanbul School of Medicine, Istanbul University in 1987.

Il occupe actuellement le poste de Chef du Service de Cardiologie Clinique du HMCIEC (Centre Intégral de Maladies Cardiovasculaires) de l'Hôpital HM, où il exerce son activité de médecin et maintient son cabinet de Cardiologie Clinique à l'HM Montepríncipe, Sanchinarro et Centres de Madrid.
