Il est né à Giresun-Espiye en 1961. Il a fait ses études primaires et secondaires à Espiye et Trabzon. Il a commencé sa formation médicale à l'Université Hacettepe, Faculté de médecine de Trabzon en 1978 et est diplômé de la Faculté de médecine de l'Université technique de Karadeniz en 1985. Il a effectué son service public obligatoire de 2 ans en tant que médecin urgentiste au service d'urgence de l'hôpital d'État de Çanakkale. En 1987, il a commencé sa formation de spécialisation à l'Université d'Istanbul, Faculté de médecine Cerrahpaşa, Département de chirurgie thoracique et cardiovasculaire. Il a complété ma formation de spécialisation en 1993 et a commencé à travailler comme spécialiste dans le même département. Poursuivant sa vie professionnelle et académique à la Faculté de Médecine Cerrahpaşa, Département de Chirurgie Cardiovasculaire, il devient professeur et préside la chaire.

Pendant et après sa formation de spécialisation, il a été recruté dans divers hôpitaux de nombreux pays à des fins de formation et de développement professionnels. En plus de divers domaines de la chirurgie cardiovasculaire, il a travaillé pendant de nombreuses années dans les domaines de la traumatologie cardiovasculaire, de la chirurgie cardiovasculaire multi- et interdisciplinaire, de la chirurgie endoscopique vidéo-thoracoscopique et de la chirurgie thoracique.

En plus de ses études professionnelles académiques et chirurgicales, il est titulaire d'une maîtrise dans le domaine de la « Gestion des établissements de santé » et a également occupé des postes de direction tels que chef du département de chirurgie cardiovasculaire à la faculté de médecine de Cerrahpaşa, médecin-chef adjoint de l'université d'Istanbul, Gestion de fonds.

Op. Dr. Faruk Gençoğlu completed his medical faculty career, which he started at Samsun 19 Mayıs University, by joining the academic staff of Istanbul Cerrahpaşa Cardiology Institute in 2015 and receiving his specialization in 2020. Gençoğlu, who actively took part in approximately 3 thousand cases during this process; He has performed surgery for adult cardiovascular diseases such as adult coronary artery disease, heart valve diseases (aortic-mitral-tricuspid), aortic surgery, carotid surgery, peripheral vascular diseases, venous insufficiency (varicose veins), deep vein thrombosis. Gençoğlu, who restarted cardiac surgery at Batman Training and Research Hospital in 2021, served as the clinical chief of open heart surgery for 2 years.

Prof. Mert YILMAZ was graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Medical Faculty in 1988. He started his residency program at the Uludag University, Department of Cardiovascular Surgery in 1990. During his residency training in the Uludag University, he also spent a year as a visiting resident in Royal South Hants Hospital in England. Afterword, he started to work as a chief resident in the Uludag University until the end of his specialty program. He became board certified Cardiovascular surgeon in 1995. He started to work in Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul as a staff Cardiovascular surgeon in 1996. In year 2000, He actively particapated in the Cardiac Surgery program and performed multiple interventions including cardiac transplantation, minimal invasive cardiac surgery and endovascular surgery in OLV Aalst Hospital in Belgium. In 2001, He came back to Florence Nightingale Hospital, He was one of the pioneers in endovascular repairement of abdominal aneurysm surgeries as he performed the second case in Turkey in the Gayrettepe Florence Nightingale Hospital in 2003.

In 2004, he returned to academia as an assistant professor in the Uludag University and he worked on both Adult and Pediatric Cardiac Surgeries between, 2004 and 2008. He also took part in establishment of Medicana International Hospital in Istanbul in 2009 and. He worked as a associate Director of the department more than one year in this hospital. Between 2010-2014, he was the Director of the Deparment of Cardiovascular Surgery in Medicalpark Hospital Bursa and Turkish Private Hospital in Erbil. Since 2014, he is the Director of the Deparment of Cardiovascular Surgery in Kadıköy Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul.  His special interests are minimal invasive Cardiac surgery (small insicion) and Pediatric Cardiac surgery.  As an academician, Professor Yilmaz published over than 50 international and national manuscripts and 7 of them were tittiled as the first report in the world medical literature. He speaks and writes English fluently.

Kürşat Fidancı est un médecin diplômé de la Faculté de médecine GATA en 1999. Entre 2000 et 2002, il a été médecin-chef de la brigade commando Şırnak Çakırsöğüt. Il a effectué sa résidence en pédiatrie de 2002 à 2006 à l'hôpital de formation et de recherche GATA Haydarpaşa d'Istanbul. Il a travaillé comme pédiatre à l'hôpital militaire Beytepe d'Ankara entre 2006 et 2009. Il a complété sa formation de surspécialité en cardiologie pédiatrique au département de cardiologie pédiatrique de la Faculté de médecine GATA de 2010 à 2013. Il est devenu professeur adjoint en 2014 et a obtenu le titre de professeur agrégé. en avril 2016. Il a travaillé comme membre du corps professoral du Département de cardiologie pédiatrique de la Faculté de médecine GATA entre septembre 2014 et décembre 2021. En tant que cardiologue pédiatrique, le Dr Kürşat Fidancı a vu de nombreux patients et ses intérêts médicaux incluent l'échocardiographie fœtale, l'échocardiographie congénitale. Maladies cardiaques, cardiopathies rhumatismales, troubles du rythme, santé cardiaque et suivi de l'athlète.

Le professeur Koray Topgül est un chirurgien général très expérimenté, avec 23 ans d'expérience, spécialisé dans les métastases péritonéales et leur traitement, les cancers GIS, la chirurgie hépato-pancréato-biliaire, la chirurgie laparoscopique et la chirurgie de la hernie. Il a participé à plusieurs formations et cours et a publié des articles dans des revues internationales avec des arbitres.
