Dr. Adem Topcu is a specialist in Interventional Neuroradiology, Peripheral Vascular Interventional Radiology, Oncological Interventional Radiology, Non-vascular Interventional Radiology, and Neuroradiology. He earned his medical degree from Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. He completed his radiology residency at Ankara Turgut Özal University Faculty of Medicine.
Dr. Topcu has worked in diagnostic radiology, neuroradiology, and interventional radiology at top hospitals in Turkey. He has held important roles at Haseki Training and Research Hospital and Istanbul Training and Research Hospital. Since 2014, he has focused on advanced interventional procedures in neuroradiology.
Dr. Mehmet Tonge is a neurosurgeon with expertise in Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery. He specializes in MR Guided Focused Ultrasound, deep brain stimulation, Gamma Knife Radiosurgery, and surgery for movement disorders, pain, and spasticity.
Dr. Tonge has published 32 articles in international and national journals and written 12 book chapters. He has presented 92 oral and poster presentations and delivered 41 invited lectures. He completed a Deep Brain Stimulation Fellowship at Maastricht University and finished the 4-year EANS training cycle. Dr. Tonge is known for his research and clinical work in functional neurosurgery.
Le Dr Başak Bolluk Kılıç, docteur en médecine, a obtenu son diplôme de docteur en médecine à la Faculté de médecine de l'Université d'Ankara en 2000. Elle a terminé sa formation de spécialisation au Département de neurologie de l'Université d'Ankara en 2005.

En septembre 2018, au Centre de la maladie de Parkinson et des troubles du mouvement de l'Université Medipol d'Istanbul (PARMER), elle a créé les plans de traitement des patients. Elle offre à chaque patient le suivi médical personnalisé et l'accompagnement thérapeutique le plus adapté.

Dr. Ulvi Samadzade is a neurologist with training from Azerbaijan State Medical University, Gazi University, and Dokuz Eylul University Hospital. He diagnoses and treats neurological disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy, movement disorders, stroke, migraine, and multiple sclerosis.
Dr. Samadzade uses advanced treatments, including botulinum toxin injections, intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) therapy, migraine vaccines, and plasmapheresis. He practices at İzmir University of Economics Medical Point Hospital.

He specializes in neuro-oncological surgery, skull base surgery, neurovascular surgery, minimally invasive spinal surgery, oncological spinal surgery, pediatric neurosurgery, neuro-trauma, and neuro-intensive care. He completed his medical education and neurosurgery training at Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine from 2005 to 2018.
Dr. Canbolat has contributed to research on the therapeutic effects of Etanercept and Ustekinumab in spinal cord injury models. He has also studied the genetics of neural tube defects. His publications include work on primary central nervous system lymphoma and surgical outcomes in elderly patients with intracranial meningioma. He has analyzed 228 cases in these studies.

Dr. Binnur Simsek is a gastroenterology specialist. She has experience in liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension, hepatocellular carcinoma, liver transplantation, and viral hepatitis (B, C, Delta). She also treats alcoholic and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, and inflammatory bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s colitis.
She completed her medical and gastroenterology training at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Simsek has worked at Istanbul University, Sanlıurfa Education and Research Hospital, Liv Hospital, and Istinye University. She is a member of the Turkish Association for the Study of the Liver and the Turkish Society of Gastroenterology.
