J'ai commencé ma formation de spécialisation au département de chirurgie plastique, reconstructive et esthétique de l'hôpital de formation et de recherche d'Ankara de l'Université des sciences de la santé en 2012.

Au cours de ma résidence, j’ai eu de nombreuses occasions d’expérimenter et de réaliser une variété d’interventions esthétiques, reconstructives et microchirurgicales.

En 2014, j'ai obtenu le diplôme de compétence internationale en microchirurgie après avoir suivi le cours international de microchirurgie à Monza, en Italie.

En 2015, dans le cadre d’une initiative internationale de service de santé organisée par le ministère de la Santé, j’ai passé 10 jours en Ouzbékistan, où j’ai pratiqué de nombreuses interventions chirurgicales sur des patients souffrant de fentes labiales/palatines et de brûlures.

J’ai encore amélioré mes compétences en participant à diverses conventions et cours nationaux et internationaux.

En 2017, j'ai complété ma spécialisation et reçu le titre de Spécialiste en Chirurgie Plastique, Reconstructrice et Esthétique.

Entre 2017 et 2019, j’ai travaillé à l’hôpital Aydın Atatürk, où j’ai réalisé de nombreuses chirurgies esthétiques et reconstructives.

J'ai également acquis trois ans d'expérience dans des cliniques privées et des hôpitaux de chirurgie esthétique à Aydın et à Istanbul.

Depuis 2022, je travaille dans mon propre cabinet privé à Nisantası, Istanbul.

Je parle couramment l'anglais et j'ai un niveau intermédiaire en allemand.

Dr. Anıl Hişmi graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2002 and began his residency in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery in 2003 at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital. He completed his specialization in 2009 and started working as an ENT specialist at Mardin State Hospital that same year.

Between 2010 and 2018, Dr. Hişmi held various positions in hospitals across Turkey, focusing on advanced ENT procedures including nasal surgery, sinus treatments and otoplasty. In 2018, he moved to the United States where he worked as a research fellow in the Department of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Boston, Massachusetts. This international research experience further refined his expertise in facial anatomy and functional-aesthetic surgery techniques.

From 2019 to 2022, he served as a specialist at the Ümraniye Training and Research Hospital’s ENT department, providing both surgical care and mentorship to junior colleagues. During the 2022–2024 academic years, he taught theoretical and practical ENT training at Bahçeşehir University (BAU) Faculty of Medicine, contributing to the next generation of medical professionals.

Dr. Aysel Paşazade began her medical education in 2010 at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and completed her degree in 2016. She started working in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Bursa Uludağ University Hospital in 2018, where she deepened her clinical and academic experience under a university hospital setting.

After years of advanced surgical training and hands-on clinical work, she completed her specialization in 2023 and officially received the title of “Specialist Doctor” in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.

Throughout her medical career, Dr. Paşazade has consistently invested in her professional development, attending numerous training programs, surgical symposiums and international congresses. Dr. Barış Kanık began his medical education at Dokuz Eylül University in 2009 and completed his training in 2015. In 2017, he started working as a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar City Hospital, one of Istanbul’s major training and research institutions.

In 2022, he was appointed to Çankırı State Hospital, where he completed his compulsory medical service between 2022 and 2024. Dr. Türkaslan became an Associate Professor in 2010. He has worked at Bezmialem University and Istanbul Yavuz Selim Hospital. Dr. Asli Simsek Azlar is a medical aesthetics specialist with over 24 years of experience. She graduated from IU Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty in 1994.
