Assoc. Le Dr Ezgi ÖZKUR est né à Beşiktaş. En 2005, elle a fondé la faculté de médecine de l'Université d'Ege et a obtenu son diplôme en 2011. La même année, elle a commencé sa spécialisation en dermatologie à l'hôpital de formation et de recherche d'Istanbul.

Depuis 2011, elle poursuit ses recherches dans le domaine de la dermatologie.
