Op.Dr. Osman Tuğrul GÜZELDİR est né le 1er mai 1983. Après avoir terminé ses études supérieures, il a obtenu son diplôme de la Faculté de médecine de l'Université Atatürk et a obtenu le titre de docteur en médecine. Il s'est spécialisé en oto-rhino-laryngologie à la Faculté de médecine de l'Université de Gazi et est devenu spécialiste des oreilles, du nez et de la gorge.

Après avoir terminé sa formation de spécialisation, Op.Dr. Osman Tuğrul GÜZELDİR a travaillé à l'hôpital d'État Afyonkarahisar Bolvadin Dr. Halil İbrahim Özsoy de 2013 à 2015. Il a ensuite servi dans divers hôpitaux privés d'Ankara. En 2020, il a rejoint le personnel académique de l’Université de santé et de technologie d’Istanbul et est actuellement professeur adjoint à l’hôpital Koru Ankara.
