Dr. Babek Yunuszade is a general dentist with eight years of clinical experience. He practices at BY Dental Clinic in Şişli, Istanbul. He provides fixed and removable prosthetics, prosthetic rehabilitation after periodontal therapy, laminate veneer and composite restorations, endodontics, and implant surgery. Implant work includes bone-level placement, flap elevation, guided healing, and simple bone augmentation. He restores with implant-supported crowns and bridges, and locator- or bar-retained dentures.

He earned his DDS from Azerbaijan Medical University in 2016. He completed equivalency training at Kocaeli University in 2018–2019. His recent continuing education includes soft-tissue surgery (2025), implant-supported prosthetics, and occlusion/TMJ. He attended the 2023 International Dentistry Congress. Prof. Dr. Salih Murat İmer is a neurosurgeon with over 30 years of experience. He founded and led the Neurosurgery Department at Okan University Hospital. He has written 68 scientific articles and contributed to 9 book chapters. Dr. İmer has also presented at 33 international congresses, showing his influence in neurosurgery worldwide.

Dr. İmer holds advanced certifications in functional and stereotactic neurosurgery, Leksell Gamma Knife radiosurgery, and endoscopic spine surgery. He received specialized training in several European countries. He has worked with leading experts such as Prof. Matti Vapalahti and Prof. Juha Hernesniemi. Through these collaborations, he has helped improve neurosurgical practice and education around the world.

Dr. Yunus Nazli is an Associate Professor of Cardiovascular Surgery. He graduated from Trakya University Faculty of Medicine (1994–2000). He trained in Cardiovascular Surgery at Celal Bayar University (2001–2006).

He worked as a Cardiovascular Surgery Specialist at Diyarbakır State Hospital (2006–2008). He then served at Van Military Hospital and Van Medical Park Hospital (2008–2009). From 2009 to 2016, he worked at Turgut Özal University. In 2016, he became an Associate Professor at Private Yüzüncüyıl Hospital. He served as an Associate Professor at Etimed Hospital (2016–2018). He has been an Associate Professor at Lokman Hekim Ankara Hospital since 2018.

Focus: coronary bypass (on- and off-pump), valve repair and replacement, aortic surgery, endovascular aortic procedures (EVAR, TEVAR via the groin), carotid surgery, peripheral bypasses (aortofemoral, femoropopliteal), venous treatments (surgery, laser, sclerotherapy), and AV fistulas for hemodialysis.

Le Prof. Dr. Alaettin Çelik est diplômé de l'école primaire d'Adapazarı Ilyaslar en 1960, du lycée d'Haydarpaşa en 1966 et de la faculté de médecine de l'université d'Istanbul en 1972. La même année, il devient assistant au 2e département de chirurgie de la faculté des examens et, entre novembre 1975 et février 1976, il effectue son service militaire pendant 4 mois à l'hôpital militaire de Gelibolu en tant qu'officier de réserve. En 1977, il devient spécialiste en chirurgie générale au département de chirurgie.

Afin de mettre en place le département de chirurgie pédiatrique de la faculté et de perfectionner sa spécialité, il a travaillé comme médecin-chef à l'Université de Londres « The Hospital for Sick Children » entre le 01.12.1978 et le 01.12.1980. Après son retour à la faculté, il a poursuivi ses études de chirurgie pédiatrique. Il est devenu professeur associé en 1982.

La même année, il a été nommé président fondateur du département de chirurgie pédiatrique de la faculté de médecine d'Istanbul le 06.09.1982. Il a créé le département de chirurgie pédiatrique d'une capacité de 30 patients hospitalisés, une unité de soins intensifs, une polyclinique et une salle d'opération pour les étudiants, les assistants et les spécialistes. En 1988, il est devenu professeur. En plus du département de chirurgie pédiatrique, il a été vice-président du département des sciences médicales chirurgicales entre 1990 et 1995. Entre 1995 et 1998, il a été chef du département des sciences médicales chirurgicales à la faculté de médecine d'Istanbul.

Il est spécialiste en chirurgie générale, chirurgie pédiatrique et urologie pédiatrique. Il a publié de nombreux articles de recherche clinique et expérimentale, des rapports de cas, des thèses d'experts, des articles libres dans des congrès nationaux et internationaux (2014), Pediatric Surgery Book of Pediatric Surgery (2014), Newborn Surgery (2008), Pediatric Surgery Book (2013).

Il est membre de diverses associations professionnelles de médecine. Il est également membre de la Société de chirurgie pédiatrique du ministère turc de la Santé. Il a créé, développé et formé un grand nombre d'étudiants, d'assistants, d'experts et de professeurs à la Faculté de médecine d'Istanbul, Département de chirurgie pédiatrique. Il a quitté le Département de chirurgie pédiatrique en 2013. Il a pris sa retraite à la limite d'âge le 16.03.2016. La période de travail contractuelle dans la même faculté a pris fin le 22.10.2016. Le Conseil des tumeurs infantiles organise des réunions hebdomadaires et il travaille toujours comme spécialiste en chirurgie pédiatrique à l'hôpital Florence Nightingale d'Istanbul

Dr. Saban Sec is a medical oncologist with experience at leading hospitals, including Haseki Training and Research Hospital, Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşcıoğlu City Hospital, and Bahçelievler Medikalpark Hospital. He currently represents specialist physicians in the Turkish Medical Oncology Association. He is also a member of the Istanbul Medical Chamber and the Turkish Medical Oncology Association.

Dr. Sec treats breast, lung, gastrointestinal, prostate, urogenital, head and neck cancers, as well as sarcomas and rare tumors. He has published many peer-reviewed articles on cancer prognosis, treatment outcomes, and survival rates. His research includes studies with large patient groups, such as 138 patients with HER2-positive metastatic gastric cancer. Dr. Sec focuses on prognostic factors and treatment responses in different cancers. He is dedicated to improving cancer care.

Dr. Atilla Ozenoglu is a thoracic surgery specialist. He completed medical school at Karadeniz University (1984–1990). He finished his thoracic surgery residency at Pamukkale University (2003–2009). He worked as a general practitioner from 1990 to 2003. He then served at Adıyaman State Hospital (2009–2014) and Gaziantep Medical Park (2014–2017). In 2017, he worked at Erzurum Regional Training and Research Hospital. He now works at Rize Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Training and Research Hospital. He serves as a thoracic surgery specialist and deputy chief physician.

Clinical expertise: lung resections (segmentectomy, lobectomy, pneumonectomy); VATS sympathectomy for hyperhidrosis; mediastinoscopy; VATS under local anesthesia; chest wall reconstruction with clip-plate implants; minimally invasive pectus surgery (Nuss, Abramson); diaphragmatic repair; diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy.

Prof. Dr. Senol Akman is an experienced orthopedic surgeon with more than 32 years in the field. He specializes in knee replacement surgery. Dr. Akman has a surgical success rate of about 90%. This highlights his skill and strong patient outcomes in orthopedic care.

Advanced training included a microsurgery course at University Hospital Zurich in 2009. Observed in Taiwan in 2012 with Prof. Hung‑Chi Chen and at Chang Gung with Prof. Fu‑Chan Wei. Completed a fellowship at UZ Brussels with Prof. Moustapha Hamdi in 2014.

Academic output includes 11 publications from 2010 to 2016. These include a review of 66 fingertip reconstruction cases. Delivered 8 oral or poster presentations at FESSH, the 9th BAPRAS Congress (2015), and the Barcelona Breast Meeting (2016).

Dr. Elif Afacan Yildirim is a medical specialist in rheumatologic dermatology. She co-authored a chapter in the book "Rheumatologic Dermatology," edited by Kenan Aydoğan.
