He was born in Bulancak the district of Giresun in 1974. After he completed his middle and high school education in Giresun, in 1992, he won 19 May University Medical Faculty in Samsun. In 2000, he won Erzurum Atatürk University Medical Faculty section of ENT, he worked in Otlu Government Hospital and Erzurum Numune Hospital after he completed his specialty in 2004. Op. Dr. K. Ali Rahimi was born in Urumiyeh on 01.01.1961. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1992. Then he completed his specialization at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of ENT in 1997. He worked as an ENT Specialist at Erdem Hospital, Kadıoğlu Hospital, Çamlıca Medicana Hospital, Huzur Hospital and Atlas Hospital. He served as Chief Physician in all hospitals except Erdem Hospital. During his tenure, he worked on Septo Rhinoplasty, Septoplasty, FESS (Sinusitis Surgeries), Adenoid Surgeries, Tonsil Surgeries, Snoring Surgeries, Hoarseness Surgeries, Hearing Loss, Tinnitus, Head and Neck Tumors. Today, he worked as an Otorhinolaryngologist at NPIstanbul Brain Hospital.

After graduating from Fırat University Faculty of Medicine in 2008, he worked as a physician in Şırnak Silopi Health Center No. 3 for 2 years. In 2011, he started his specialization in Manisa Celal Bayar University, Otorhinolaryngology.

He completed his specialization in ENT Diseases Specialization in 2016. In 2016, he succeeded in the written and oral exams organized by the Turkish Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery Association and was entitled to receive a Certificate of Proficiency.

He worked as an Ear Nose and Throat Diseases Specialist at Manisa Merkez Efendi State Hospital between 2016-2021. He has been working at Private ENTO ENT Surgical Medical Center since October 2021.
