Dr. Anıl Hişmi graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2002 and began his residency in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery in 2003 at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital. He completed his specialization in 2009 and started working as an ENT specialist at Mardin State Hospital that same year.

In 2018, he moved to the United States where he worked as a research fellow in the Department of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Boston, Massachusetts. From 2019 to 2022, he served as a specialist at the Ümraniye Training and Research Hospital’s ENT department, providing both surgical care and mentorship to junior colleagues. During the 2022–2024 academic years, he taught theoretical and practical ENT training at Bahçeşehir University (BAU) Faculty of Medicine, contributing to the next generation of medical professionals.

Dr. Hişmi has authored over 30 scientific publications in national and international medical journals and has been an active speaker at numerous global conferences, including the Annual Meeting of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Çağatay Öner graduated from the English Faculty of Medicine at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa in 2014. He began his specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 2015 and successfully completed his residency at Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital in 2020.

In 2019, he participated in an observership program in Germany, where he had the opportunity to expand his clinical experience and knowledge specifically in aesthetic surgery. This international exposure deepened his understanding of European surgical techniques and patient care standards.

Between 2020 and 2022, Dr. Öner worked at Şırnak State Hospital, where he performed a wide range of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, serving a diverse patient population and further refining his surgical skills.

He has authored several publications in national and international scientific journals and remains committed to academic and professional development within the field of plastic surgery.

Dr. Öner is a certified member of the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (TPRECD) and the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS). He is fluent in Turkish, English and French, and he continues to perform both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures with a focus on natural-looking outcomes and patient-centered care.
