Dr. Sefanur Dalarslan Karakaya is a physician who specializes in functional and holistic medicine. She focuses on medical nutrition, autoimmune diseases, lifestyle medicine, and preventive care. She also has experience with intestinal permeability, liver diseases, obesity treatment, longevity, and skin diseases.

She holds several certificates, including Family Medicine, Functional Medicine (5 modules, 2021-2024), Medical Nutrition Counselling, Homeopathy, and Phytotherapy. Dr. Karakaya has completed advanced training in holistic nutrition therapies and diabetes management using phytotherapy.

Prof. Dr. Ali Ferruh Akay is a board-certified urologist with more than 30 years of medical experience. He has specialized in urology for over 25 years. He currently serves as Professor of Urology at Başkent University Istanbul Hospital.

Dr. Akay earned his medical degree from Dokuz Eylul University. He completed his urology residency at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine. In 2005, he received advanced training in Endourology and Laparoscopic Surgery at the University of Rochester in the USA.

He has worked at several leading institutions. These include Dicle University, Istanbul Training and Research Hospital, Memorial Diyarbakır Hospital, Veni Vidi Hospital, and Başkent University Istanbul Hospital.

Dr. Akay’s expertise includes uro-oncology, endourology, minimally invasive procedures, stone surgeries, male infertility, erectile dysfunction, and BPH. He has published over 100 scientific articles and is an active member of the European Association of Urology (EAU).

Dr. Binnur Simsek is a gastroenterology specialist. She has experience in liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension, hepatocellular carcinoma, liver transplantation, and viral hepatitis (B, C, Delta). She also treats alcoholic and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, and inflammatory bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s colitis.

She completed her medical and gastroenterology training at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Simsek has worked at Istanbul University, Sanlıurfa Education and Research Hospital, Liv Hospital, and Istinye University. She is a member of the Turkish Association for the Study of the Liver and the Turkish Society of Gastroenterology.
