Dr. Kubilay Ukinc is a specialist in endocrinology and metabolic diseases. His clinical interests include diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity, and hypertension. He also treats adrenal and pituitary diseases, as well as hormone-related disorders in both women and men. Dr. Ukinc has expertise in low blood sugar conditions.

He received his medical training at Hacettepe University and Karadeniz Technical University. He has worked in academic and clinical roles at Karadeniz Technical University, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, and Istanbul Bilim University. Le Dr Cenan Oktay est né en 1965 à Plovdiv-Bulgarie. Il a terminé ses études primaires à Istanbul en 1977. Il a terminé ses études secondaires et secondaires au lycée Erkek d'Istanbul, qui dispense un enseignement en allemand. Il est diplômé de la faculté de médecine de l'Université de Trakya en 1984.

En raison de son intérêt pour la chirurgie, il a effectué son stage de chirurgie générale alors qu'il était étudiant, chef des cliniques de chirurgie de l'Université de Heidelberg en Allemagne, Prof.Dr. ch. Il l'a fait avec Herfarth.

Il a obtenu son 3ème diplôme à la Faculté de médecine en 1990 et a commencé sa formation de spécialisation en chirurgie générale à l'hôpital de formation SSK Okmeydanı d'Istanbul en septembre 1991. Il a préparé des publications de congrès ainsi que des études cliniques et expérimentales au cours de sa résidence.

En 1993, il a reçu une formation sur le « Cours de microchirurgie » et les anneaux « Valtrac » utilisés dans les anastomoses GIS à l'Université de Würtzburg, en Allemagne, et est devenu le premier utilisateur en Turquie et les a utilisés dans sa thèse de spécialisation.

Il est devenu spécialiste en chirurgie générale à l'hôpital de formation SSK Okmeydanı en 1996. La même année, IU a suivi les «cours de formation en endoscopie de gastroentérologie chirurgicale» à la faculté de médecine d'Istanbul. En raison de son intérêt pour la chirurgie du foie et des voies biliaires, il est diplômé de l'Université d'Istanbul pendant 4 mois en 1999. Il a travaillé activement dans le département de chirurgie générale du foie et des voies biliaires. Durant cette période, il poursuit des études cliniques et expérimentales.

Diplômé de l'Université de Cerrahpaşa en 2015 et a travaillé à l'hôpital Kartal Dr. Lutfi Kırdar en tant que chirurgien plasticien après l'obtention de son diplôme jusqu'en 2023. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tuncay Tas is a respected urologist with expertise in penile surgery and regenerative urology. He earned his medical degree from Istanbul University. He also completed advanced training in Germany.

Dr. Tas founded the SafeFill and MaleShot training modules, which are used by doctors around the world. He was among the first in Türkiye to combine P-Shot with stem cell therapy for male sexual health.
