Le professeur Abdulmuttalip Şimşek a obtenu son diplôme de la Faculté de médecine de l'Université d'Istanbul en 2005. En 2010, il a terminé sa « formation de spécialisation » dans le domaine de l'urologie à l'hôpital de la Fondation Gureba. Le professeur, qui mène des études à la Faculté de médecine d'Istanbul, Lütfiye Nuri Hôpital d'État de Burat et hôpital de formation et de recherche Haseki. Le Dr Abdulmuttalip Şimşek a reçu le titre de professeur associé en 2015.

Il a effectué ses études à l'Université de Sheffield et à l'hôpital Hallamshire entre 2015 et 2016.
