Dr. Kırcelli est diplômée de la Faculté de médecine dentaire de l'Université Hacettepe en 1997. Après avoir terminé son programme de doctorat en orthodontie à l'Université Çukurova en 2003, elle a commencé à exercer au Centre médical et de recherche de l'Université Başkent d'Adana.
