Il est né en 1977 à Plovdiv, en Bulgarie. Après avoir terminé ses études primaires et secondaires, il a terminé ses études de premier cycle à la Faculté de médecine dentaire de l'Université de Marmara en 2001. La même année, il a commencé ses études de doctorat à la Faculté de médecine dentaire de l'Université de Marmara, Département de chirurgie buccale et maxillo-faciale.
