Dr. Ugur Horoz is a European Board-certified plastic surgeon from Turkey. He earned his medical degree at Dicle University. He then trained in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery at the Plastic and Reconstructive Aesthetic Surgery Clinic of Ankara Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital.

He was a visiting research physician in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery at Showa University in Japan. He later worked as a plastic, reconstructive, and cosmetic surgeon at SB Gaziantep Dr. Ersin Arslan Training and Research Hospital.

He also served as an assistant professor of plastic and reconstructive aesthetic surgery at the Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Medicine.

Dr. Ersan Eroglu is an Associate Professor and general surgery specialist. He has served at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital since 2018. He has been an Assistant Professor at Istanbul Bilim University since 2014. He also lectures at Istanbul Arel University since 2023. He earned his MD from Fırat University. He completed his general surgery residency at Haydarpaşa Numune.

He has authored 16 scientific articles. He has 25 national and 3 international congress presentations. He won First Prize in Turkey for laparoscopic right hemicolectomy in ileocecal neuroendocrine tumors. He contributed a translation to the SAGES Hernia Repair Manual (laparoscopic TEP/TAPP). He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association, the Turkish Surgical Society, and the Colon and Rectal, Bariatric and Metabolic, and Endocrine Surgery societies.

Dr. Derya Zengin Metli is a physician specialized in physical therapy and rehabilitation. She graduated from Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine. Her practice includes physical therapy and physiotherapy services. She also consults in English.

Her clinical scope includes musculoskeletal rehabilitation for back, neck, and joint pain, and herniated discs. She provides neurological rehabilitation for stroke and multiple sclerosis. She also offers post-surgical rehabilitation after orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures, sports injury prevention and treatment, and chronic pain management for fibromyalgia and arthritis.

Dr. Eda Tereh Akay is a general surgeon. She completed specialty training in general surgery and provides patient-centered care with modern techniques.

Her expertise includes gastrointestinal surgery (gallbladder, hernias, appendicitis, gastrointestinal tract disorders), endocrine surgery (thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal), breast surgery (benign and malignant), minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures, and emergency and trauma surgery. She is known for precise surgical skills and a strong focus on patient safety.

Dr. Erdal Otman is an ophthalmologist and eye surgeon with over 35 years of experience. He graduated from the Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1980. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the same institution in 1986.

His clinical expertise includes cataract surgery (phacoemulsification and advanced intraocular lens implantation). He provides medical and surgical care for glaucoma. He treats retinal and vitreous disorders such as retinal detachment, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. He manages corneal diseases and performs corneal surgery, including keratoconus care, corneal transplantation, and anterior segment procedures. He also offers refractive surgery, including laser correction for myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism.

Dr. Bülent Ünal is a general surgeon and surgical oncologist. He is Head of General Surgery and Surgical Oncology at Florence Nightingale Hospital. He graduated from Çukurova University in 1996. He completed his general surgery residency at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital in 2001. He finished a minor specialization in surgical oncology at İnönü University in 2012.

In 2008, he was an NCI Short-Term Scientist at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center for 10 months. He trained in sentinel node techniques and ductoscopy. In 2010, he completed transplantation and oncology training at the University of Giessen and Marburg. He has many international publications and book chapters. His co-authored series include 128 living-donor liver recipients, 26 Fournier gangrene cases, and 18 diaphragmatic injuries.

He serves on the Board of the Surgical Oncology Association. He is also a member of several Turkish and international surgical societies.

Dr. Buse Cagla Ari, MD, is an Associate Professor of Neurology. She specializes in Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders, headache disorders, sleep disorders, and dementia. She works at Istanbul Medipol University and the Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders Center (PARMER). She previously served as an Assistant Professor at Bahcesehir University.

Her research focuses on Parkinson’s disease biomarkers, cognition, uric acid and cholesterol associations, restless legs syndrome, and complex headaches. This includes a 13-patient case series. She has published 15 international and 4 Turkish papers and 5 book chapters. Her work has 147 citations on Google Scholar (h-index 5) and 91 citations on Web of Science (h-index 5).

She is a member of the International Parkinson and Movement Disorders Society, the International Headache Society, and the Turkish Parkinson’s Disease Society. She serves as a peer reviewer for SAGE Open Medical Case Reports, BMC Neurology, and Parkinsonism & Related Disorders.

Le Dr Hasan Celik est un chirurgien plasticien, reconstructeur et esthétique doublement certifié. Il a réussi l’EBOPRAS Partie 1 à Bruxelles (février 2020) et Partie 2 à Izmir (août 2021). Il a également réussi les parties 1 et 2 du Conseil National Turc à Izmir (août 2021). Il est membre de l’ASPS, ISAPS, TPRECD et ACELEMDER.

Il a reçu le ISPRES/ICOPLAST Young Plastic Surgeon Award (3e place) lors de la 88e réunion de l’ASPS à San Diego en 2019 pour son étude sur les brûlures axolotl/PRP. Il a quatre publications, dont une dans l’Aesthetic Surgery Journal (2017).
