Dr. Ibrahim Cansaran Tanıdır is a pediatric cardiologist at Memorial Ataşehir Hospital. He co-founded the Pediatric Cardiology Department at Başakşehir Çam & Sakura City Hospital. He led its cardiac catheterization laboratories. He has been a professor of pediatric cardiology since 2022.
He has over 100 international and over 50 national publications. His work has more than 1,200 citations, with an h-index of 16. He has delivered over 100 international and over 700 national presentations. He has received six national and one international award. He ranked second in Turkey in the 2017 National Pediatric Cardiology Board Exam. He served as AEPC National Representative (2011–2014) and as Vice President of the Interventional Cardiology Working Group (2019–2024). His training includes Arkansas Children’s (PICU), Fuwai Heart Center (angiography), and LVAD training in 2023. Since 2018, he has performed more than 250 therapeutic angiography procedures in Kosovo, Libya, Mali, Uganda, and Kenya.
