Denzil Albuquerque

Dr. Denzil Albuquerque, is an astute clinician with over 14 years of clinical, academic and mentoring experience. 

Dr. Denzil presently has his private practice exclusive to microscope enhanced dentistry, specializing in complex restorative, cosmetic dentistry and advanced endodontics at Dental Expert Clinic, Mumbai, India.

A gold medallist, an outstanding achiever through his student years, Dr. Denzil completed his masters from Chennai, India in 2011.

He has numerous other awards and achievements across his career, including Best Clinician of the Year. 

He is an invited speaker for state and national conferences, and multiple dental forums. He has also conducted various clinical workshops and mentorship programs across India. 

He has had the honour to contribute to the revered Grossman’s Endodontic Textbook, among others textbooks. He serves on the Editorial board of eminent peer-reviewed scientific journals, and has been awarded Best Reviewer of the Year in 2017.  

Although a full time clinician, Dr. Denzil has authored over 20 PUBMED indexed international publications, and these have over four hundred literary citations. His published work covers a vast variety of articles which include systematic reviews, original research, case reports and case discussions. 

He is currently Adjunct Faculty, Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education and Research, Sawangi, Wardha, Maharashtra, India. He is also a Mentor for the Fellowship program in Micro-Dentistry at the IDA Head Office, Mumbai, affiliated to MUHS, Nashik. 

A passion for understanding and providing pain solutions for patients led him to complete an illustrious Fellowship in TMD, Oro-facial pain, and Dental Sleep Medicine from Roseman University, USA.
