Anil Hismi

Dr. Anıl Hişmi graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2002 and began his residency in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery in 2003 at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital. He completed his specialization in 2009 and started working as an ENT specialist at Mardin State Hospital that same year.

Between 2010 and 2018, Dr. Hişmi held various positions in hospitals across Turkey, focusing on advanced ENT procedures including nasal surgery, sinus treatments and otoplasty. In 2018, he moved to the United States where he worked as a research fellow in the Department of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Boston, Massachusetts. This international research experience further refined his expertise in facial anatomy and functional-aesthetic surgery techniques.

From 2019 to 2022, he served as a specialist at the Ümraniye Training and Research Hospital’s ENT department, providing both surgical care and mentorship to junior colleagues. During the 2022–2024 academic years, he taught theoretical and practical ENT training at Bahçeşehir University (BAU) Faculty of Medicine, contributing to the next generation of medical professionals.

Dr. Hişmi has authored over 30 scientific publications in national and international medical journals and has been an active speaker at numerous global conferences, including the Annual Meeting of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.

With more than 20 years of surgical experience, Dr. Hişmi is known for his advanced skill in rhinoplasty, nasal airway surgery, and otoplasty. He speaks both Turkish and English fluently and combines academic precision with a highly personalized approach to patient care.
