    Prof. Abuzer Dirican is a Professor of General Surgery and Surgical Oncology and Head of Department at Florence Nightingale Hospital. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1995. He completed his general surgery training at SSK Ankara in 2000. He served at İnönü University’s Liver Transplant Institute and became a professor in 2017. He also completed a clinical and research fellowship in liver transplantation and hepatobiliary surgery.

    He authored the Liver Transplantation chapter in Schwartz’s Principles of Surgery in 2016. His publications cover cholangiocarcinoma, liver transplantation, endocrine surgery, and colorectal surgery. Notable work includes a prospective randomized trial on pilonidal disease and studies on breast cancer–related lymphedema. He also co-authored analyses of 304 living-donor liver transplants and 109 hepatic vein reconstructions.

Bonjour, je m'appelle Sella et je vis à Bali, en Indonésie. J'aimerais vous faire part d'un commentaire honnête basé sur mon expérience dans la recherche d'un coordinateur médical, d'un médecin et d'un hôpital pour mon cas. On m'a récemment diagnostiqué un kyste ovarien et une endométriose de stade 4 qui nécessitait une intervention chirurgicale précoce. J'ai d'abord été hospitalisée à Bali, mais le médecin m'a conseillé de chercher un hôpital mieux équipé car il ne disposait pas du matériel nécessaire pour effectuer l'opération. Sur une petite île comme Bali, il n'était pas facile de trouver un hôpital approprié. Heureusement, mon meilleur ami m'a aidé à entrer en contact avec un responsable médical de Bookimed. C'est ainsi que nous avons trouvé Alisher, le responsable médical, et le professeur Dr A Cem Ayibozkurt de l'hôpital Florence Nightingale à Istanbul. J'avais déjà préparé tous mes documents médicaux et mes résultats d'IRM avant la consultation en ligne pour accélérer le processus et, en l'espace d'une semaine, ils ont programmé ma chirurgie robotique laparoscopique. Son expertise, son professionnalisme et son approche compatissante ont été évidents dès notre première rencontre. Le professeur Elmachi a effectué l'opération du médulloblastome avec une précision et un soin extraordinaires, et nous étions pleinement convaincus d'être entre les mains de l'un des meilleurs spécialistes dans son domaine. Outre ses remarquables compétences chirurgicales, le professeur Elmachi a pris le temps d'expliquer chaque étape du processus avec clarté et patience. Son niveau d'empathie était touchant
Ma demande concernait un traitement spécifique pour mon état, que je pense avoir été déclenché par le COVID ou par des complications liées aux vaccins. Le traitement lui-même est relativement nouveau et n'est pas largement disponible ; cependant, le médecin Faturanız Hazırdır était disposé à examiner ma demande, ce qui a été un facteur décisif dans le choix de cet hôpital. Son niveau d'empathie était touchant. À mon arrivée, j'ai bénéficié d'un soutien exceptionnel de la part d'Aliser Durdiyev, qui a coordonné l'ensemble du processus, de l'accueil à l'obtention des médicaments en passant par la programmation du traitement. Rien de tout cela n'aurait été possible sans Hanna Karvatska, qui nous a tous mis en contact et qui a de profondes relations personnelles et professionnelles avec les gens d'ici, et je lui suis profondément reconnaissante, ainsi qu'à Alisar et au médecin, pour leur soutien et leur professionnalisme. Je recommande du fond du cœur
On nous a diagnostiqué une hydrocéphalie interne et externe chez un nouveau-né. En cherchant des cliniques, je suis tombée par hasard sur la plateforme Bukimed. Ils ont immédiatement répondu à ma demande et m'ont attribué une coordinatrice médicale personnelle de la plateforme, Olga Romaniuk. Très responsable, toujours en contact, elle nous a sélectionné avec compétence une clinique florence ningtingale hospital et nous a inscrit à une consultation en ligne avec le professeur Ilhan Elmachi. Ensuite, on nous a assigné un responsable de cette clinique pour la consultation en ligne, Alisher (en passant, il parle plusieurs langues, y compris le turkmène, ce qui était un gros avantage pour nous). Alisher est également très responsable, toujours en contact, il choisit le moment qui nous convient pour la consultation, il nous a aidés à organiser une réunion en ligne sans retards ni interruptions. Si, dans votre pays, il est difficile de trouver de l'expérience dans les cas médicaux complexes, le meilleur choix et le plus fiable est l'hôpital Florence Nightingale
Un remerciement sincère à l'hôpital Florence Nightingale Mon épouse et moi-même tenons à exprimer nos sincères remerciements à l'hôpital et à son merveilleux personnel. Tout d'abord, un grand merci à notre coordinateur Alisher. Il a tout organisé - les hôtels, les transferts, toute la logistique - au plus haut niveau. Tout était parfaitement organisé. Nous lui sommes sincèrement reconnaissants pour son attention et son professionnalisme. Il a toujours été à nos côtés, et même lorsque nous sommes rentrés en Lettonie, il est resté en contact avec nous et nous a soutenus à chaque étape. L'attitude et le professionnalisme des médecins et du personnel médical ont été tout simplement extraordinaires. En ce qui concerne le traitement, j'ai été diagnostiqué avec une tumeur cérébrale située dans une zone très délicate et complexe où la chirurgie est extrêmement difficile. Nous avons réussi à presque tout enlever ! L'opération a été réalisée par le professeur Ilham Elmaci, un chirurgien brillant et très expérimenté, avec son équipe exceptionnelle. Ils ont fait un travail remarquable. Ce qui nous a le plus impressionnés, c'est le sérieux avec lequel toute l'équipe a pris son travail - tous les matins, même le week-end, presque tout le personnel médical est venu prendre de mes nouvelles. Nous tenons également à remercier le Dr Azat Mustafayev, un médecin merveilleux qui comprend vraiment ses patients et qui est toujours prêt à les aider et à les soutenir. Et bien sûr, un remerciement spécial à toutes les infirmières et au personnel médical qui se sont occupés de moi, m'ont aidée et m'ont patiemment portée ! 😂 S'il est difficile de trouver dans votre pays une expérience des cas médicaux complexes, le meilleur choix et le plus fiable est l'hôpital Florence Nightingale.
