Maman n'ayant pas pu obtenir de diagnostic précis, nous avons décidé de faire un bilan de santé en Corée. J'ai déposé une demande auprès de bukimed. À ma grande surprise, ils m'ont appelée tout de suite. Je leur ai dit ce qu'il fallait faire, toutes les analyses effectuées, et on m'a conseillé la clinique Ihwa. Nous nous sommes immédiatement mis d'accord sur tout et avons pris rendez-vous avec un mammologue. La clinique est propre, tous les médecins, tout le personnel médical sont qualifiés et très sympathiques. Tout le temps avec ma mère, il y avait un interprète, et il a expliqué très clairement tout ce qu'il y avait à faire. Rapidement les analyses ont été faites, et tout de suite le diagnostic a été établi, il a été dit qu'il fallait faire l'opération. L'opération a duré 5 heures (préparation générale, etc.) après l'opération à la clinique a duré 10 jours. Tout a été fait avec précision, tout est presque guéri. Je suis satisfaite de la clinique et des coordinateurs médicaux de Bukimed. Merci beaucoup à tous !

I took my mother (Halimo Ileye) to see Dr Baris at Okan's rheumatology clinic as was arranged by you. He only saw her for 25 mins then asked her to come back the following day for blood tests. He saw my mother for another 25 mins on the next day briefly explaining her blood tests' results, then prescribed some osteoarthritis drugs for her and recommended some physical therapy tips and told us that we would get the full report in a day or two. However, when we received the report on Thursday, I asked his secretary to go back to him and ask him to send us a full report and not just her laboratory results and to include all the medications he prescribed for my mother, their commercial names, frequency and length of use, as this was verbally explained during the session and not in writing

Bonjour. La clinique est très bien, je suis très satisfaite. Au début c'était comme ça. A cause de l'information minimale, parce que l'interprète n'est pas toujours là, les embryons congelés ont provoqué un choc. Dont je n'arrive pas à me remettre.

Bookimed.com est une très bonne plateforme, et je suis heureux de l'avoir trouvée. En ce qui concerne mon expérience, elle n'a pas été à la hauteur de mes espérances, non pas à cause de Bookimed, mais surtout à cause de l'hôpital, du personnel médical et des assistants. Pour résumer, je dirais que j'ai participé à une expérience très étrange, où tout est beau dans les mots, mais pas dans la réalité. En fin de compte, je n'ai que des mots, peut-être une légère amélioration de mon état de santé - mais pas une véritable réparation, et aucun document sur mon traitement médical.

Was on vacation in the state of Goa. Before the trip, he performed an operation to remove prostate adenoma, according to the results of a biopsy, he found signs of adenocarcinoma. In order to have different opinions, the doctors decided to consult with a local oncourologist from Manipal hospital. Ostap Bondarenko from Bookimed arranged for me to see a doctor. Before that, he attempted to contact the hospital on his own, but they did not respond. Everything is well organized there. I like it. All questions discussed. Translator Svetlana first discussed everything with me and clarified the terminology. And then at the reception everything is available to the doctor translated my questions and his advice to me. The doctor is very competent and explained to me all possible treatment options and the necessary research.

Doctors of the clinic are qualified, speak English well. But the organization of treatment, that is, all these coordinators and translators already when you are in India, is a huge minus of the process. Simply huge. Expectations of everything and everywhere for hours, sometimes at times, poor awareness, a terrible accent on Russian, that one can understand a lot to the exact opposite, ignorance of medical terms, that is, only life can translate. I accompanied mamutna treatment, I speak English a little, therefore something accelerated due to this. One patient should not go, look for an accompanying person if other countries do not fit the prices for treatment. If someone is traveling alone or an accompanying person does not know English, the process will spoil your nerves. The very examination and treatment, surgery, everything is at a good level. But before the ability to organize everything painlessly for the patient, it will still come to BLK not soon. I do not know, as in other clinics in India, I think it's the same. Translators are different here, and the problems are the same. So in the whole country I think. But if there is no way out, you can entrust local doctors to the health. The patient is well fed in the hospital and the accompanying person. Chambers of any size isolate the patient with curtains around the perimeter, you see only the staff, but keep in mind that the multiple rooms are very noisy. Who prays in Arabic for the whole room, who sings the song, who plays the game with sound effects, who is screaming on the phone, because there is still no silence, people still have groans for the illnesses of people ... they do not do anybody for unconnected phones, loud talks and other inadequacy.
