La clinique est récente, quand on y entre, on n'a pas peur qu'il s'agisse d'un hôpital, le parcours est beau, très, et odorant, le médecin et le personnel sont très réactifs, nettoyés souvent, les chambres sont douillettes.

Les services de l'hôpital LIV sont très bons et ne sont pas inférieurs au niveau mondial, croyez-moi, car pour les problèmes de santé de ma famille, nous avons dû visiter des cliniques aux États-Unis, en Chine, en Corée du Sud et en Israël. Dès le premier appel, j'ai senti que l'on s'intéressait beaucoup à moi en tant qu'autochtone. Un grand merci à Sabina et Nigina, coordinatrices/traductrices, qui ont fait un excellent travail. Nous pouvions les contacter à n'importe quelle heure de la journée et elles s'occupaient du patient de tout leur cœur. Gardez à l'esprit que tout ici est basé sur le turc, seuls les médecins peuvent communiquer en anglais. Vous pouvez constater à quel point la Turquie a progressé et est autosuffisante. Je suis reconnaissante au destin de m'avoir permis de rencontrer le professeur et neurochirurgien Çağatay Öztürk. Il est simple dans la communication, bref, il est immédiatement évident que le plus haut niveau de spécialiste, après l'examen, il a identifié le problème et a montré sur l'image IRM et a expliqué ce qu'il faut faire. J'ai été opéré d'une hernie au niveau L5-S1 et un disque en titane a été installé. L'atmosphère de l'équipe était très favorable et agréable, il y avait une grande cohérence et de la discipline. Les soins étaient tels que je n'ai ressenti aucune douleur ou lourdeur, bien qu'ils disent que l'opération n'a pas été facile. Le deuxième jour après l'opération, je marchais déjà et le sixième jour, j'ai pu quitter l'hôpital. J'étais enfin débarrassée de la douleur et des nuits blanches que j'avais connues pendant de nombreuses années ! Je le recommande à tout le monde, ce sont des magiciens qui travaillent ici - des professionnels dans leur domaine ! Amazing service and was taken care of by Dr. Ana and the Bookimed team. I booked two services - dental crowns with Dr Ana and rhinoplasty with Dr Deborah at Gilenis. Easy process, and I am so so happy with the results. My new emax crowns and dental work are perfect, Dr Ana did a thorough job and guaranteed the work and did a follow up check with any revisions. Dr Deborah did my rhinoplasty. And I just sent her the biggest thank you note, as I was the most nervous on this procedure. I am at day 8, and my nose swelling is looking better and better everyday AND perfect!!!! I cannot wait to see the final final results, but I am so happy. It is still my nose and natural like I wanted, but so much better. My dorsal hump is gone, and my nostrils and tip are smaller and a little less round. And the profile - that is the biggest positive change immediately! I was on zoom today on day 8, and no one noticed but mentioned how good I looked (exactly what I wanted!). My dental work as well as my amazing nose job - natural and perfect. I plan to refer anyone who needs work done, and go back in a couple weeks for a lip lift as my nose is healing so well.

In order to have different opinions, the doctors decided to consult with a local oncourologist from Manipal hospital. Ostap Bondarenko from Bookimed arranged for me to see a doctor. Before that, he attempted to contact the hospital on his own, but they did not respond. Everything is well organized there. I like it. All questions discussed. Translator Svetlana first discussed everything with me and clarified the terminology. And then at the reception everything is available to the doctor translated my questions and his advice to me. The doctor is very competent and explained to me all possible treatment options and the necessary research.

C'est un grand hôpital. Il a des aspects positifs et négatifs. En raison du nombre de personnes, il ressemble parfois à un centre commercial. Cela ajoute un peu de chaos, à la fois dans la logistique pour trouver le bon service ou bureau et dans l'atmosphère générale. Les médecins et le personnel sont généralement amicaux et serviables.
