En juillet 2022, j'ai bénéficié d'une consultation, d'un examen et d'une intervention chirurgicale à la Memorial Clinic. Je remercie le professionnalisme de l'équipe de la clinique, le professeur Ilknur Bayraktar et bien sûr l'équipe de Bukmed représentée par Maria et l'interprète Gulzar. Tout s'est bien passé. Les services de l'hôpital LIV sont très bons et ne sont pas inférieurs au niveau mondial, croyez-moi, car pour les problèmes de santé de ma famille, nous avons dû visiter des cliniques aux États-Unis, en Chine, en Corée du Sud et en Israël. Dès le premier appel, j'ai senti que l'on s'intéressait beaucoup à moi en tant qu'autochtone. Un grand merci à Sabina et Nigina, coordinatrices/traductrices, qui ont fait un excellent travail. Nous pouvions les contacter à n'importe quelle heure de la journée et elles s'occupaient du patient de tout leur cœur. Gardez à l'esprit que tout ici est basé sur le turc, seuls les médecins peuvent communiquer en anglais. Vous pouvez constater à quel point la Turquie a progressé et est autosuffisante.
Je suis reconnaissante au destin de m'avoir permis de rencontrer le professeur et neurochirurgien Çağatay Öztürk. Il est simple dans la communication, bref, il est immédiatement évident que le plus haut niveau de spécialiste, après l'examen, il a identifié le problème et a montré sur l'image IRM et a expliqué ce qu'il faut faire.
J'ai été opéré d'une hernie au niveau L5-S1 et un disque en titane a été installé.
L'atmosphère de l'équipe était très favorable et agréable, il y avait une grande cohérence et de la discipline. Les soins étaient tels que je n'ai ressenti aucune douleur ou lourdeur, bien qu'ils disent que l'opération n'a pas été facile. Le deuxième jour après l'opération, je marchais déjà et le sixième jour, j'ai pu quitter l'hôpital. J'étais enfin débarrassée de la douleur et des nuits blanches que j'avais connues pendant de nombreuses années ! Je le recommande à tout le monde, ce sont des magiciens qui travaillent ici - des professionnels dans leur domaine !

Dès le début, le processus a été adapté à mes besoins : dates de vol et disponibilité.
En seulement deux semaines, tout était déjà organisé et programmé. Le fait qu'ils m'aient donné le planning par jour m'a beaucoup aidé, en plus de l'assistance personnalisée que j'ai reçue de la coordinatrice et de la diététicienne. Elles ont pu répondre à mes questions et à mes doutes très rapidement et avec précision.
Ils ont tout fait de manière à ce que cela ne semble pas du tout compliqué.
Un jour, j'ai passé tous les tests nécessaires, le lendemain, j'ai été opérée, j'ai passé trois jours à l'hôpital et c'est tout.
Le jour de l'opération a été un peu difficile, mais les trois autres jours ont été très supportables, avec suffisamment d'analgésiques et beaucoup de solution saline.
La veille de l'opération, lors de l'entretien personnel avec le médecin, celui-ci m'a donné autant d'informations que possible et a levé tous les doutes, de sorte que je savais déjà à l'avance comment se déroulerait l'opération.
Le personnel de l'hôpital a beaucoup contribué à rendre mon expérience agréable et positive.
Je ne sais pas si elle aurait pu être améliorée de quelque manière que ce soit, c'est pourquoi j'attribue à cette expérience une note de 10 sur 10.

Bonjour à tous. Merci à la clinique pour cette opération réussie. Plus précisément au neurochirurgien Mustafa Onaz et au professeur Gohan. On nous a diagnostiqué un cancer du cerveau, au stade final, malin. La tumeur était deux fois plus grosse. Ils ont sauvé la vie de mon mari. Ma sha Allah. L'opération a duré huit ou neuf heures. Ils ont tout enlevé, je pense que c'est un record. C'était une opération compliquée. C'était une opération compliquée. A KZ, ils n'ont pas pu tout enlever, juste une petite partie, c'est tout. Merci beaucoup. En ce qui concerne la clinique, le service est de premier ordre. Encore une fois, merci beaucoup Mustafa Onaz. Nous vous aimons. Un médecin de Dieu. Associate Professor Burçin Batman studied medicine at Fırat University Faculty of Medicine; He completed his specialty education at Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine (Çapa). Afterwards, he completed his compulsory service at Muş Bulanık State Hospital and started to work full-time at Liv Hospital Ulus Hospital.
He has mainly worked in the field of Obesity and Metabolic Surgery (Stomach sleeve surgery, Endoscopic gastric balloon application, metabolic surgeries) and has been found in over 1000 cases in 6 years. In addition, he has worked in the fields of Colorectal Surgery, Endocrine Surgery, Laparoscopic inguinal and umbilical hernias, anal region diseases (Laser hemorrhoid treatment, Doppler assisted hemorrhoidopexy) and has performed many successful surgeries.
Founded in 2016, one of the first faculty members of the General Surgery Department of Istinye University Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Burçin Batman has given theoretical and practical lectures to medical students at this faculty until 2020.
