This is one of the best hospitals I’ve ever visit! It combines high quality of medicine services with perfect organisation, communication and translations service. I want to send my sincere thanks to Professor Ahmed Tunc Özdemir fra department of urology. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and always ready to help! I warmly recommend professor to all the patients who need a really skilled doctor who is always willing to do his best for helping! He has in addition, very kind and generous personality! My sincere thanks goes further to coordinator Alisher and translator Gulnaz. Alisher is a perfect example of the right person on the right place. He possess executive management skills and it is a pleasure to communicate with him. He is expert to organise, coordinate and give a quick feedback. He is always smiling and polite. Alisher is always trying to solve all the problems on a best way and is a really good listener and communicator. Last but not least I want to express my sincere gratitude to translator Gulnaz! Gulnaz is extremely talented, professional, kind and supportive person ! She is the person you will be happy to meet when you are far from home and need help to understand a different language. She is like a little sunshine on a rainy day, always kind and smiling and always ready to make you feel better! The perfect combination of highly skilled people makes really this hospital special. In addition there are very nice staff on the 7th floor. Both nurses and caregivers are amazing and very helpful. Special thanks to nurse Nestle for her help! Whole the hospital is very nice and welcoming. I liked the restaurant and food. I highly recommend that hospital to everyone!

Nous avons opéré avec succès notre fille Popova Nika à la clinique San Donato (Italie). Merci beaucoup au service Bookimed pour l'excellente organisation du voyage. Notre responsable Alexey Karaganov était toujours en contact et nous a aidés pour toutes les questions (visas, réservations, questions médicales et juridiques). La clinique, le personnel, le service - tout est au plus haut niveau et le plus important est qu'il y a de vrais maîtres dans leur métier qui y travaillent. Nos médecins traitants étaient ravis des résultats de l'opération cardiaque la plus compliquée : la chirurgie de Ross. Il est dommage que la politique affecte non seulement les citoyens ordinaires, mais aussi leurs enfants. Je vous souhaite patience, gentillesse et santé, à vous et à votre famille, afin que le plus grand nombre possible d'enfants du monde entier puissent recevoir de l'aide. L'expérience a été excellente ! L'équipe médicale était extrêmement professionnelle et le Dr Gross, l'urologue que j'ai rencontré, m'a proposé plusieurs options de traitement et nous avons décidé ensemble de la marche à suivre en cas d'échec de l'une de ces options. Il s'est montré très clair et compréhensif, et son anglais était exceptionnel. Merci pour cette merveilleuse opportunité de retrouver ma vie ! Le Dr Shevchuk a été extrêmement sympathique et professionnel ; c'est l'une des personnes les plus attentionnées à laquelle j'ai eu affaire. Elle était toujours prête à aider et a même fait des pieds et des mains pour trouver des solutions pour moi. Le Dr Lynnyk communiquait avec moi régulièrement et efficacement, ce qui m'a facilité la tâche pendant mon voyage.
