J'ai 32 ans. Coxarthrose gauche. Je cherchais des options pour une endoprothèse superficielle. J'ai contacté bukimed et on m'a proposé une clinique en Autriche. L'opération était estimée à environ 30-32 mille euros, mais comme la technique est innovante (prothèse à surface céramique pour les jeunes patients), j'ai accepté. Au préalable, j'ai discuté plusieurs fois de l'opération avec Roman, la personne de contact de Bukimed. Roman a bien sûr clarifié cette information avec le médecin et a reçu une réponse positive. Il a ensuite organisé une consultation en ligne au cours de laquelle le médecin a confirmé la disponibilité de la prothèse. À mon arrivée en Autriche, Roman m'a accueillie. Il a été très agréable et attentionné et je lui suis très reconnaissante de son aide et de son accueil. Le lendemain matin de mon arrivée, je me suis rendue à la clinique. J'ai subi tous les tests nécessaires et on m'a apporté deux contrats à signer, l'un pour un anesthésiste et l'autre pour des prothèses. J'ai remarqué que le contrat portait sur le remplacement de la hanche et que j'allais subir un resurfaçage de la hanche, et j'ai eu des doutes. Deux infirmières ont fait pression sur moi pour que je signe le contrat, mais j'ai refusé sans en parler au médecin. Après l'arrivée du Dr Stefan Malkowitz, j'ai commencé à lui parler de la procédure. Il s'est avéré que le médecin m'avait trompée et qu'il voulait procéder à une arthroplastie totale conventionnelle de la hanche. Il a habilement tenté de manipuler les faiblesses du patient (vous irez mieux rapidement, vous n'aurez plus mal, etc. etc.) de toutes les manières possibles, en évitant de répondre directement à la question de la prothèse. En fin de compte, il s'est avéré qu'il ne pratiquait pas ce type d'intervention (resurfaçage de la hanche) et il a commencé à s'éloigner en disant qu'il ne m'avait pas compris. En fait, on lui a donné toutes les informations sur l'intervention que je voulais faire, et le médecin a apparemment pensé que tout irait bien. En fait, j'ai passé 2 jours dont 11 heures sur la route. Beaucoup de stress nerveux et de douleurs dans la jambe. J'en ai tiré quelques leçons : 1. lisez le contrat que vous vous apprêtez à signer 2) Discutez de tous les détails plusieurs fois avant de partir. 3. en Europe, les gens se font arnaquer comme partout ailleurs.

We asked for help in conducting arthroscopy at the Holy Family Clinic in Rzeszow (Poland). She was promptly admitted, on the same agreed day she was admitted to the hospital, and the next morning she was operated on. According to local patients, this is a highly professional clinic, especially the traumatology department. The only small minus is the long wait for the response of the clinic itself to record the appointment. It seemed that the clinic was not very interested. But when my husband and I got there, we realized that the influx of patients is very high. For this reason, they carefully choose the doctor, the day of the consultation, the MRI, in order to meet the minimum length of the patient's stay in the clinic. We also want to express our gratitude to the Bookimed team. Without her constant support, we would not have been able to achieve anything. Thank you very much! To all who are sick, a speedy recovery!
