The healthcare and equipment were superb. The clinic is very impressive and the staff were professional, patient and extremely attentive. All the consultants we saw provided thorough examinations, and where needed, arranged immediate tests which were either conducted on site or we were transported and escorted by the reception staff to other facilities for more complex tests. Having spent 6 frustrating years trying to get a diagnosis in the UK, we came away after 5 days at Kardiolitos finally knowing what the problems are, and how the management of those medical issues could be managed in the future. This was all made possible by Anna at Bookimed who arranged the entire trip from start to finish, together with the help of the wonderful medical coordinator, Jolita, at the clinic. They were more than happy to help with information about local accommodation and local logistics. I would thoroughly recommend this service and the Kardiolitos Clinic.

Toute ma famille s'est opposée à ce que je vienne en Turquie pour cette opération. Ils avaient très peur et j'étais un peu nerveuse aussi. J'aurais aimé qu'ils viennent et qu'ils voient comment j'ai été traité ici comme un roi. Je déteste l'admettre, mais je n'aurais jamais eu ce genre de service aux États-Unis. Je pense que toutes les personnes impliquées ici - médecins, infirmières, interprètes, chauffeurs - ont été oubliées dans les coulisses. Je recommanderais sans hésiter et je reviendrais.

Bonjour, l'organisation de Bookimed a été excellente. J'ai été accueillie très chaleureusement, on m'a envoyé une voiture, je n'ai pas fait la queue. Le personnel médical a été très détaillé et qualitatif dans son examen. Je suis très satisfaite. La clinique et les spécialistes sont formidables. Je tiens à mentionner et à remercier tout particulièrement Julia, qui n'a littéralement pas bougé d'un pas, qui a été mon interprète, très attentive et professionnelle. Si j'en ai besoin, je ferai certainement appel aux services de Bookimed. Je vous remercie pour tout.

Peu de personnes parlaient anglais. On m'a également donné des informations erronées sur le traitement dans le message de whats app - on m'a expliqué que je pourrais devoir rester à l'hôpital pendant deux jours et que je devais rester en Turquie pendant six jours, etc. .... Au lieu de cela, on m'a seulement donné une injection dans les genoux qui a pris 10 minutes à administrer. J'ai également reçu des cheveux PRP - on ne m'a pas dit quelle était la valeur de cette procédure. J'ai découvert qu'elle ne servait qu'à empêcher la chute des cheveux. Pour être honnête, je ne ferai plus appel à la Turquie pour des services médicaux. 1. Il y a une barrière linguistique. 2. Personne ne vous dit ce qu'il fait tant que vous ne le lui demandez pas. 3. Le message "whats app" n'était pas le traitement que j'ai reçu. 4. Pour l'injection dans mes genoux, j'ai payé 2500 dollars. C'est un prix très élevé et j'ai l'impression d'avoir été volé. 5. Je ne recommanderai à personne de se faire soigner dans cet hôpital.

Ma coordinatrice Marsela s'est surpassée pour rechercher le médecin idéal et répondre à toutes ses demandes. Elle a toujours répondu à mes questions et a assuré un suivi lorsque c'était nécessaire. Mes coordinateurs chirurgicaux, Zeynep et Hisham, ont été extraordinaires et ont assuré le suivi. Hisham était présent en personne de la phase préopératoire à la phase postopératoire et tous deux étaient là 24 heures sur 24 lorsque j'avais besoin d'eux ou simplement pour s'assurer que je me portais bien après mon opération. Le Dr Emre Ozenalp est un chirurgien très compétent et incroyable. Les coupes qu'il a faites ne laisseront que peu de cicatrices. Le Dr Emre et ses infirmières m'ont suivi tous les jours pour s'assurer de mon état. Ses infirmières sont incroyables et très compatissantes, car je suis une personne très modeste. Je recommande vivement Bookimed, mes coordinateurs chirurgicaux, ainsi que le Dr Emre et ses infirmières. Je suis très étonnée et très excitée par le résultat de mon opération. Mon merveilleux mari, qui était à mes côtés tout au long de l'opération et qui a soutenu ma décision, était absolument stupéfait et a remercié le Dr Emre pour l'excellent travail qu'il a fait sur mon abdominoplastie. J'ai maintenant un ventre plat et aucune vergeture. 💕

Bonjour, nous sommes originaires du Kazakhstan. Nous sommes venus ici pour le diagnostic et le traitement de notre fils. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la clinique. Le neurologue Barış Metin nous a tout expliqué correctement. Nous avons beaucoup appris sur la maladie de notre fils. Mon fils souffre d'hydrocéphalie et après des analyses, nous avons appris qu'il était épileptique, que la dérivation VP était accélérée et que mon fils ne se développait pas. Nous recevons maintenant un traitement. Nous espérons que cela nous aidera in shaa Allah. Nous avons également apprécié le personnel, en particulier les interprètes. J'ai oublié leurs noms, mais l'un d'entre eux connaît même le kazakh. C'était super pratique. Merci beaucoup Bookimed, vous êtes les meilleurs, vous nous avez beaucoup aidés, merci en particulier à Oksana et Anna, elles ont toujours répondu à temps et nous ont supportés pendant plus d'un mois. Louange à Allah, tout s'est parfaitement déroulé.

Drs seemed very good. The consultation was calm and professional but I was told I would have results within 2 working days. When I didn’t receive any information I returned to the hospital and was told I would be emailed within 24 hours. When that didn’t happen I had to come in again and was hugely surprised by a very rude and impatient receptionist who was dismissive and seemed to want to blame me somehow. She made some very unprofessional comments about me to colleagues in front of other patients when she thought I couldn’t hear. Other staff did their best to help afterwards but considering the money spent and my experience I would not recommend this place at all.
