Je tiens à remercier le Dr. Murtada, car c'est lui qui a arrangé les choses avec l'hôpital. Il a été avec nous pendant tout le trajet, nous demandant si nous avions besoin de quelque chose, si tout allait bien et je n'arrêtais pas de lui poser des questions, mais il ne se fatiguait pas, il cherchait une réponse sur Google ou il les appelait directement pour éclaircir la situation. Au début, j'étais fatiguée d'envoyer des e-mails à tous les hôpitaux en Inde, mais après avoir contacté Bookimed, il a terminé tout ce qui m'avait pris trois semaines en deux jours. L'hôpital a été bon avec nous, ils ont arrangé un chauffeur nommé Manpreet Singh qui peut parler anglais et nous emmener partout où nous le demandons et nous aider à voyager dans des endroits populaires, c'est le meilleur. Je tiens à remercier Karan Kumar d'avoir été avec nous jusqu'à la fin, c'est lui qui s'est occupé de tout à l'hôpital pour nous et en dehors de l'hôpital aussi. Les infirmières sont gentilles et la nourriture est très bonne. L'opération de ma mère s'est très bien passée avec le Dr Anoop k Ganjoo, c'est vraiment un bon médecin. Je vous recommande de changer vos dollars en roupies avant de partir en Inde.
