Dr. Angel Radev is a leading Bulgarian angiologist. He specializes in minimally invasive treatments for venous diseases. Dr. Radev created the TASAR Cryo method (Tumescent Assisted Sclerotherapy with Augmented Reality). This method was ranked among Bulgaria’s top 20 most innovative healthcare projects in 2021. He is the only doctor in Bulgaria certified to perform the advanced CLaCS (cryolaser cryosclerotherapy) method for cosmetic veins. He received training in this technique from Prof. Kazuo Miyake in Brazil.

Dr. Radev graduated from the Medical University of Sofia in 2007. He obtained his angiology specialty in 2014 and also holds a master’s degree in Public Health. He has completed advanced training in phlebology and vascular diagnostics in Europe, the USA, and Australia. In 2019, he founded Varix Clinic, which is now the largest specialized venous disease center in Bulgaria.

He is a member of the American Vein and Lymphatic Society and other respected vascular organizations. Dr. Radev was included in the “40 to 40” ranking by DARIK radio for his significant contributions to medicine and society.
