Get to know WhiteZone from friend and decided to try their Dental Treatment as location is nearer to my current home location. I been twice so far ~ first time for teeth scaling and second time is for making new set of retainer, feel good on both visit - Staff is good in helping me adjust my appointment (last min request due to class cancelled) and both Doctor & Nurse are patient and friendly. I love the environment vibes ~ very ZEN feel fot me. Willl definitely come back again for regular dental treatment!

My family and I have been going to Whitezone Dental Clinic for more than a decade. I had to do three root canal treatments and each time I felt calm and relaxed because I know Dr Lee will definitely do a good job! There was minimal pain and Dr Lee is very gentle, friendly and understanding too. We are very happy to know Dr William on this trip back and he is also a wonderful dentist. Both dentists treated and helped solved all our dental problems. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, making sure to remind us of any appointments and checking on us after any surgery or treatment. I would highly recommend it to everyone because Dr Lee and her team at Whitezone are very professional making them one of the best dental clinics that my family has visited. Keep up the good work!!!

The whole environment is clean and comfortable, including the waiting area. Clear and professional explanation from Dr William. No pain throughout the tooth extraction process. The staff is friendly as well and she follow up with customer on the appointment schedule. Price is reasonable. Recommended dental clinic

Visiting PJ from overseas and I chose to go based on other reviews and it was really worth it!
Dr. Will Liam Choo did the dental cleaning so gently while being efficient. (At other dentists, there's so much bleeding from my gums but this time it was so painless.)
The staff were also very helpful when I called for information and to make the appointment.
A big plus point is how calm the atmosphere is and the place is also really clean and welcoming, away from the hustle bustle of NewTown.

Dr. William is very kind and professional. His hospital is in a good position, and Dr. William's hospital is worth a visit, even if it is far away. He is very kind to children who are afraid of dentistry. Last week did a procedure for my dry socket & it was pleasant & pain free. Dr William is patient & professional. Excellent dental clinic. I dont know how to thank doctor William. He is such a nice guy and very good doctor. My daughter was very afraid of dentist. Dr William talked with her for about 40 minutes just to convince her. At last he was succeeded and my daughter allowed him to extract her tooth. And she didn't feel any pain. Now she want to visit Dr. william again. Thats a miracle for me. very good doctor and very good service.

My experience here was terrific. Dr. William is knowledgeable, patient and really takes his time to explain things or give advice on proper dental hygiene and maintenance of oral health. For the cleaning, he was so gentle since I have sensitivity and I appreciate this a lot. We came from out of town to see him and would highly recommend his services. I also got a retainer made and this was done quickly and perfectly. Great quality. The receptionist Shanti is also very kind and professional

I have gum problem for long long time, and yet no dentist saved me until i met doctor lee, she was the first doctor to come out with solution regarding gum problem, and its not kinda sweet talk or speedy lightning solution, this solution has to be done by ourselves (patients). In the end, we are responsible for ourselves, no shortcut. 5% of true things exist in this world, its not easy to have found one, frankly. And i m more than lucky!
Proper guidance + support from doctor lee, i would like to say thanks, here.

I recently took my son to whitezone Dental for a root tooth filling but end up with a root canal treatment, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made both of us feel at ease. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and very child-friendly — which helped calm my son’s nerves right away. He never cried at all ☺️
Dr.Lee was fantastic — patient, gentle, and extremely professional. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure in a way that was easy for both me and my son to understand. The care and attention to detail throughout the process were exceptional, and my son felt very little discomfort.
Highly recommend WhiteZone Clinic for any pediatric dental needs. We’ll definitely be coming back for future care. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so positive!
