Very impressed,started with my visit to my personal doctor in Quesada for a metal splinter in my eye. I was told to going to Quiron A&E, was seen by the trauma nurse who got some of the splinter out, but not all. I was immediately sent to the eye specialist. After 15 minutes, he got the splinter out. He prescribed an ointment and a follow-up appointment was made. The time frame was 3 hours, from my doctor in Quesada to the Quiron hospital A&E, treated by a trauma nurse, then the eye specialist and home again all patched up. Very impressed, all the staff were very polite and friendly and knew what they were doing. All instructions were in English and all explained very clearly. Thank you

We visited ambulance of pediatrics with our 1 year old son, who had problems with breathe and stuffiness. He passed examination, tests and several hours of oxygen care. Whole process was very profesional, comprehensive and high level quality care. Furthermore we appreciate very empathetic and communicative treatment of the staff, namely Dr. Shchelkunova and her team. The set therapy of our son was succesfull and we very appreciated provided care in the hospital.

Mixed experience. When we arrived at reception to make an appointment, it was chaos. There was 1 girl on that was helping direct people on what to do. When I was seen by the receptionist to make an appointment, she was very helpful. Even rang the department in question to confirm that the doctor spoke English. Later that day when I came back for the appointment, the doctor was really quite rude, said she didn't speak English but then continued to speak almost perfect English. The ultrasound was great, quick feedback. It was simply the doctor that let the service down.

In general not very good experience. Facilities comparable to public hospital. They messed up my labs which can happen, but apparently zero effort to fix the problem. Out of 4-5 doctors I met only 1 spoke English. Pretty lousy for a hospital promoting itself to international clientele. Also they lost some paperwork and never sent it to my insurance company. The one star goes entirely to my guide on-site, he was excellent, the rest was like bad public hospital experience. So no value for added money one needs to invest. Unfortunately in Torrevieja not much to choose from so some competiton would be welcome.

Excellent service. Far superior to any in my experience. Multi-lingual facility which offers a special concierge service called Health Premium. Take advantage of this service, especially if like us, you are not capable in Spanish. The Premium staff are Swiss clinic like in their proficiency and efficiency. I had a fall and had to have a complete hip replacement. I am over 75 so they made me stay for 2 days after the surgery to be sure I had no complications. We have a small car, so the orthopedic surgeon wrote a script to have me delivered by ambulance. What a wonderful caring experience.So do yourself a favor. Look into the Health Premium option which pays for itself 5 times over.
