I am an international patient from Bangladesh who came to Manipal Hospital for my mother’s treatment. From the very beginning, I was impressed with the top-notch services here. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were all highly professional, caring, and attentive. The nursing team, especially Nurse Shuana, deserves special praise for her kindness, dedication, and constant attention, which made my mother feel comfortable and well cared for. The cleaning staff, particularly Anna, also deserves recognition for keeping the room spotless and creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment throughout our stay. The food service was excellent, both in quality and in the way it was served. In particular, I would like to mention Mr. Pitam from the food service team. His warm behavior, polite attitude, and constant readiness to help made a real difference for us during our stay. He not only served food with care but also checked if everything was satisfactory, showing genuine concern for the patient’s needs. Overall, Manipal Hospital made a very stressful time much easier for us, and I am truly grateful for their outstanding care and hospitality. I would strongly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality treatment and compassionate service.

My aunt (Mauritius) had shoulder prosthesis surgery done. Everything went smooth. Dr Shushal Shantakumar is an amazingly great orthopaedic doctor. Kind nursing staff. A special mention for Pritam in the food department who gave us a personal attention, which we are really grateful for.

I would recommend here if you have insurance. Good treatment from Dr Paritosh Pandey. Level of confidence he has given to my father was great. Small suggestion he should Take some time to listen to patients since they are paying 1100 just not for 30 secs. Not great experience with patient care consultant after we admitted she didn’t pick the call. That’s bad she should ensure the patient end to end treatment experience is good. Food is good and care by ward nurses are really great wanted to name sister Ashwini she was exceptionally good. Facility and action on complaint is great. Loved the hygiene factor. Costly but you will feel satisfied after treatment
